“I’ve been coming to this store since I was 3 years old, and not ONCE have I ever had a bad experience. Not even a little tiny one‼️ the employees are always nice, place is always clean and food is always fresh! And if they don’t have what you want, they’ll make it for you‼️
Some of my friends have said they didn’t like the place because some of the employees look “grumpy” or “unfriendly” but everyone is always nice, always reciprocates with small talk and just really chill in general.
Sam is the nicest guy I’ve ever met, he’s been there forever (honestly believe he’s always been there, they just built the store around him!?) if you start a conversation with him he’ll genuinely tell you about his day, how it’s going if it’s good or bad, the textbook definition of how a customer service employee should be!
Unlike those losers next door at AM/PM who are always rude and try to hustle you, the guys at 7/11 will treat you right regardless of how their day is going. Keep being awesome ‼️”
“This Cricket location is awesome! We drive to this location from Reedley, because of the friendly service, and knowledgeable staff. They are so helpful, polite, and just overall welcoming. I believe we've bought our last 3-4 phones from them. I think it was Jasmine that assisted us this last visit, and she was very happy to help us. She is awesome! So thank you to this location!!! “Would have given 5 star as they deserve it, but had to give a 4 as I always come for the iced latte coffee and they are always empty or just the French vanilla flavor which no one likes lol. I wish they would get rid of the French vanilla latte for a different flavor or just make sure that they refill the mocha iced latte. Other wise the staff is amazing”
“Well, I haven't been to our friendly neighborhood French superstore,"Tar-Jea" ....aka: Target in years.So after searching online for a certain item that I can no longer find ANYWHERE the good ole internet lead me there! So much to my chagrin.....the item was NOT in stock, in store nor in inventory!Humm, go "figger!"Therefore, there's a little ole lady occasionally wandering the streets of our fair city in stained, un-clean clothes.....Me! Not really, but so sad I couldn't/can't find what I need. And needless to say have used for 50 years!Now, there IS a bright side and her name is Renee!Miss Renee who was working in that dreaded self-check out area was a gem of all gems!!Upon pushing my cart into that dungeons of all dungeons, she greeted me with a warm and welcoming hello! I could tell right away she was genuine. And indeed she was! I required more assistance which she was happy to provide. It's not often we meet people who really enjoy what they are doing. Now you nay-sayers know it's true. Automated hellos, thanks come again, have a good day.....etc. Well Miss Renee meant and felt every word she said! What a gemstone our very own "French superstore" has in Miss Renee and a HUGEthank you for your help, kindness and compassion!I may even return one day only because of her!”

“I highly recommend the drive up service for groceries and household items. I buy here each week. I love the option to order and include a back up item if something is out of stock. Prices are exceptionally affordable compared to what's available in Exeter. They bring everything out to my vehicle timely. I have, however, had a few occasions where produce is damaged or spoiled in my order, but the app lets you report the issue and you can return or get a refund. So I did stop buying produce there, but I've had no issues with meat or dairy etc. Staff is super friendly and if you'd like to order Starbucks on the Taget app they will bring it to your car with your order.”
“I have never had a bad experience in this store. I have been here four times for various reasons, and each time I felt the employees did everything they could to assist me with whatever issues I had. They are very understanding and kind, and most importantly I never felt like they were talking circles or trying to take advantage of me in any way.
I used to go to the Verizon store in Dinuba, but an employee there cost me 700$ due to making multiple mistakes related to payments and promotions, and the employees of this Visalia store have been nothing but honest, knowledgeable, and helpful.”

“This is a corporate 7-11. The signage says Valero but that’s only because it was recently bought. The store is waiting for the gas contract to run out before transitioning to 7-11 signage. Only 4 starts because it’s a little small for a 7-11 and has limited items as a result.”

“7-11. Even the neighborhood is not the best. It is still a good place to go at night if you need something to drink or eat. The workers are cool like regular people. If you need a good beer and you don't want to worry about not making it on time. 7-11 open 23 hrs a day . One hour thay close for cleaning. It one of my favorite stores.”
