I’ve been banking for almost 7 years and never had a problem. However, when I went into the demaree branch to do a simple name change that I drove 7 hours back to Visalia to do because I was told I needed to do it in person, I was told to leave after waiting 45 minutes because I didn’t have an appointment. I was first told I could sit down and wait until someone was free, but then aggressively approached by a woman who said I needed an appointment, which is fine, but why tell me I can sit and wait and then 45 minutes into me waiting, tell me to leave. It was embarrassing as there were other people noticing how loud she got with me when I tried to explain my situation that she didn’t want to hear. For that, I will be closing my account.

Excellent customer service great team work here at this location! Marisela was exemplary in all aspects! Informative, friendly, professional, and took her time to explain everything clearly. She went above and beyond to assist me during my auto loan process and I had my young daughter with me, she gave her a coloring book and little things go a very long way!! People like her keep the world going around!! Amanda was just as great and started the process for me a couple days before. Like a finely tuned machine, smooth and seamless process making it an easy choice to do all our banking with EECU!! Keep up the outstanding work!! EECU Rocks!!I recommend anyone to come here for all their banking needs!! Can't wait to come back to say hi to these hard working awesome people at this location!!10 out of 10!! 5 stars!

They help you to get a loan but when there’s an issues they can’t help you to resolve the problem. Not a good palace to get a loan.

I am a new customer and ecently bought a new extended warranty from the Visalia, Ca Demaree Branch and did not have a good experience. I used my credit card to purchase the warranty and was never told it would be processed as a cash in advance transaction. Now my bank is charging me $45.00 for this transaction. I stopped by the branch and talked to the assistant branch Manager-Claudia Pimental- and she was a little rude and was not able to help me. She said she would look into my issue and call me back the next day and I never heard back from her. When I reached out to the Branch Manager-Joe Mesa- he was not much help either. He said based on the the "factors" there was nothing he could do. I regret buying an extended warranty at eecu and will never go back.

Love haveing this branch so close to my house! The staff is really friendly and always help me out with any questions I have concerning my card or account! They also have a coin machine in the lobby for their members!

This bank gives excellent service. The only issue with this bank it doesn't open on Saturday's. It would be great if they at least opened 9AM to 1PM on Saturdays.
