I just wasted 2 hours of my time waiting to be seen for an eye exam just to be told that they aren’t taking anymore walk ins. What’s the point of waiting and putting your name on the list if they aren’t even going to see you?

Very thorough and I felt very comfortable with staff and MD. Made appointment and they were very efficient with dealing with walk ins also.
