It's unfortunate they don't run this place right. Wait in line in the cold just to be called after everyone. Then told to do application again and go get a new number. All that time for nothing. Cant go anywhere else but here.

This place sucks, employee either lied to me or was incompetent hard to tell. What's the point of making an appointment if it's still gonna take an hour and a half to get something done

Very helpful with their two-line system. One is for appointments and disabled individuals while the other is for walk ins.The security member was very helpful with bringing people in an orderly fashion. And the workers inside helped me with all of my questions.

I couldn't do what I needed online and couldn't set an appt at my local DMV for what I needed either but I was surprised how fast my visit was. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Had to renew registration or was out of the office unless then 1 hour. People are very courteous and professional.

They only send you to online services that take forever and there’s no fixing the problems with the website because you can never get in touch with an actual employee. They leave no choice but to show up without an appointment and flood their systems because there’s no resolution to trying to fix the websites problems with scheduling appointments. Truly awful online and in person. Complete waste of time. 1 star in life not just online.

Very well organized once you get through the line to get your number. It's not exactly disabled friendly when there is a line out the door, but that's more the people in the lines not wanting to let the disabled person OUT of the building, not wanting to move aside from their place in line, I think. They had zero problems with my service dog accompanying me.

The wait was bearable. I like that the speakers outside also tell the numbers. I wish it had something visible outside as well to show the numbers due to extreme heat or if it were raining you could sit in your car and know it's your turn.The 3 employees i came into contact with were pretty nice and helpful and answered my many questions and provided all the necessary information and more to help meOnly thing I didn't like was that I was in the line for disabled and they were telling me to get in the other line. You shouldn't be telling someone (security) they can't be in a line and you don't know their background. Once she knew I was there for my disabled placard her tune changed. Other than that it was a good experience.

I have to get my ID remade because after receiving my ID, I realize that my sex has been modified to state I am a male. I have a female, and born that way. I feel as though this is a sick joke and insulting. Now I’m going to have to go back and pay out of my pocket for this “mistake” to be fixed (if it even is a mistake). This is humiliating and feels malicious, and on top of that I have to go to the dmv on 3 separate occasions to get my ID made and begin the process since their staff is too incompetent to tell me what I need in one visit. The first time they told me I needed another paperwork so I come back with it the next visit and they tell me I need another piece of paperwork, I come back again and they literally did this a third time- how hard is it to just give me a list of every piece of paperwork I need instead of sending me on a wild goose chase multiple times? the staff there are awful and I think something really needs to change with their work ethic there. Going in to the DMV of course will never be a pleasant experience no matter what the DMV is but the Visalia DMV is by far the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with.

Have had good experiences previously but there was a person who spoke down to my soon and treated him like a 2nd class citizen that really made me furious and this type of behavior should not be tolerated.

It was extremely busy but the staff were very professional and friendly, got the help I needed and was on my way.
