After I agreed and trusted the price quote was fair, I paid $1,107 for just the part alone. My mechanic cousin found the same part available at Autozone for $ 588 (new), $122 used at partsgeek. The additional charge for labor I can only assume was fair. Regardless, I will not be doing business here anymore.

Car brought in for a free tire rotation and balance, and preventive maintenance inspection. Nick explained an alignment
'special' was available, but exerted no pressure to buy.
The maintenance inspection revealed a few issues, but nothing urgent. I had to wait a little longer than expected, but walked the neighborhood to pass the time. I appreciate Nick's professionalism and excellent customer service.

I rated you 1 star only because I had to rate atheist 1 start for me to be able to post. I was very disappointed with my experience. Went in for a simple tire rotation but ended up waiting over 3 hours. It seem that they broke my rim cap and were un successful in repairing ir. They then chose to cover it up. I had they practiced a little honesty and trans parents and admitted that 5he piece broke , they were unable to repair it and let's seek a resolution would have made me feel like not only like a valued customer but like a respected member of society. Instead I left there feeling like someone who could easily have the wool pulled over his eyes. I am a regular customer who purchases high end offroead ties on a regular schedule and set of tires are coming up for replacement within the next year but I am seriously considering going else where for all of my automotive needs. If I could have rated zero stars I would have but again there's even a lack of transparency with this app.

Nick at the front was courteous, competent and pleasant. I am very satisfied with the work so far and I’m happy with the fact that I get taken care of even after I buy my tires. Nick and Angel took very good care of me even after walking in and needing struts, shocks and a tire repair. Of course, they did the tire rotation and alignment with that. Very pleased.

Great experience, I took my car in for an oil change and new brakes. I was able to drop my car off and it was ready in a timely manner. Andrew the manager will take great care of you. I will definitely be coming again for any care service needs.

I'm new to the Visalia area and it was on a Sunday Mothers day. I was out doing a couple of errands when my car overheated put me in panic mode! Randomly pulled into this shop a gentleman behind the counter greeted me his name is Nick I told him my car was overheating and he assured me he would take care of it and he did! This man is a real asset to your company best customer service I've ever had! I would also like to give a shout out to Angel for being an Awesome mechanic! You have gained my business and I will be going here for all my automotive needs! Thank you again Nick and Angel

Nick was a huge help today. Came in with no apt and he squeezed me in and fixed my tire. Will switch all my car business there. Service is huge! This location in Visalia does any outstanding job. I am a very loyal customer.
