We had an outstanding experience with Darice at Change Home Mortgage! As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were new to the mortgage process, but Darice made everything much easier. She was incredibly patient, taking the time to educate us on all our loan options and ensuring we understood each step. Darice, Christina, Christian, and the rest of the team were a dream team to work with. We spoke with Darice a year ago and she left such a lasting impression on us as first-time buyers. This review has been edited:Unfortunately, Darice didn't get back to me. After sending the documents requested, and running my credit, I never received a call back or email. I have reached out more then twice if there was something more I could do and only given "Will check soon" or "It's processing". It's been a month.Edit:Darice made it right! She got back to us, a little after posting this. She explained that poor service is definitely not what she's about, and made an appointment with my fiance and I. We decided to go through with pursuing her and, definitely made the best decision of our lives. We are not very well informed on how the home buying process works, but she made it very easy to understand and made it clear that she will always be here no matter the time of day for answers. She broke it all down, and in a very kind and simple way. Darice wants to genuinely help the people. Buying a house is a huge step, my fiance and I were scared that when we slipped through the cracks we weren't gonna be helped out and this is it. Darice made sure that didn't happen and pulled us out and made it known that that wasn't going to fly. She made it right, and then some. Thank you Darice!

I have used Darice for multiple new home financing and refinancing and would use her again. This was one of the quickest and easiest refinancings and she does all she can to make sure I have the best rate. I would highly recommend her!

LOVE Darice. She made it possible for me to purchase my first home when I didn't think it would be at that point in my life. She was incredibly professional, efficient, and an absolute bulldog about making sure escrow closed on time. I felt confident throughout what would normally be a scary process because I trusted Darice 100% and knew I was in good hands. She also handled the loan for my brother and sister-in-law and they drove 45 minutes from Fresno to work with her because they liked her so much. Their realtor, also based in Fresno, said she never wanted to use another loan officer after working with Darice, because Darice was the best she'd ever worked with. Believe me, you will never regret getting your home loan through her!UPDATE: Four years later, and we just closed on my ReFi! I’m super excited to have a lower mortgage payment, I am confident Darice got me the best possible deal, and she and her team made the process super quick, easy, and painless. I cannot speak more highly of Darice as someone who gets it done and hustles for her customers. Darice helped us finance our dream home and proactively solved for a number of speed bumps that others would have left us to deal with. Darice handled my original home loan four years ago and we just closed on my ReFi! Her team is so easy to work with; Darice makes sure she gets you the best deal she can, it only took my about 15 minutes to round up and scan all the documents I needed to send in, and about 3 weeks after we began the process, we closed and my loan funded! My mortgage payment will be significantly cheaper moving forward and I'm super grateful to Darice and her team for making this process so quick and painless.
