I came in to get my earrings and bracelet cleaned, they ended up tricking me into opening a line of credit when I specifically told them I did not want to open a line of credit, then they were pressuring me repeatedly trying to get me to buy other things after I told them no over and over. Extremely uncomfortable experience and feel lied to.

I don't recommend these liars. They persuade me to buy earrings that were over $1000. supposedly at a discount price and the first day I use them I lost an earring which they had assure me that they were secured that they wouldn't fall from my ear and yet the first day I wore them I lost one I believe it was probably a defective earring and that's why they wanted to get rid of it and that's what they gave it to me at a discount price which now I'm stuck paying with no earring definitely would never buy from them again.

I will never do business here again. The young guy associate is a liar and the manager just stares everyone down. He must be scared of her or something because we bought a bracelet here and he forgot to remove the discount that was listen on the online price. So he made a note of it when we came in to do the engraving he would take $60 off the $80 price. HOWEVER we came in and he said no it’s $70 I just took 10 off… what? So why did you confirm I was going to get my discount last time from your mistake? The manager then said to my husband oh well it will still be nice… that’s not the point??? You lied. Just be careful they don’t keep their word even if it’s on paper. Don’t go here.

I came in just looking & they ended up being very helpful on ordering a GSchock MR-G! Mayra, Dayton, Anthony & miss Geraldine ended up going above and beyond with taking their customer service @ heart! I definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a watch or anything jewelry related to stop here first.

My brother bought me 2 rings for Christmas that totaled $500.00. Of course they didn't fit they were to small. I don't think I have ever had a ring fit straight from the store to be honest. When I went back to the store to have them size it they told me it would be $60 for each ring. I was confused because I thought all stores sized any ring for free that was purchased in their store. She told me only if my brother had spent more money and purchased the extended warranty would they do it for free. I was unhappy and told them so and left. I decided to go to another jeweler here in town and ask them and they said a reputable jeweler would size the ring for free if bought at their store because who know if it will fit until the person tries it on. I feel like they are trying to make money anyway they can so I paid the other jeweler and will continue to have them as my place to buy jewelry. And if I could have given 0 stars I would have. And I had them in the boxes and bag that they provided when my brother purchased them along with the receipt.

Bad customer service, horrible management horrible jeweler work, I bought a $1500 dollar ring and have had to take it in several times I mean several this would be like the 4th time, for stones falling out I literally picked it up last night at about 7 pm and today it’s not even noon and there’s a stone already missing. I like to be a loyal shopper I’ve bought several gifts for my wife and daughters from here. But honestly never against horrible experiences last time I took my ring in they didn’t even send it to get serviced and didn’t realize until I called and asked for an update even though they state they send items out weekly(fridays) how did 4 weeks pass and somehow everyone missed the ring being sent out, poor management that’s how, then they say we’ll give you a free pair of earrings for all the inconvenience (never got em) today is my wife’s birthday and I was planning on buying her something here as usual but I’ll take my money elsewhere,find a place that cares and isn’t just trying to close a sale when I bought the ring the associate literally called her friend and was talking to her about how she finally hit her quota like how much more unprofessional can you be. This place is honestly such a disappointment.
