Do not take your car here. They take advantage of women. They told me one thing them told my insurance another thing. W they are holding my car until I pay them just for looking at it. They never told me an estimate for the damages. And charging me 50$ a day just to keep it there. But they said it will get broken into at night.Service: Engine repair

Very rude customer service! ESPECIALLY for someone that was referred to them and had to go back Again for same issue 8 days later!!!! I won’t recommend them to anyone again!!!!! Very unhappy ex-customer!!!!???

Horrible service!! One of the men here like taking advantage of women who call and are trusting the business to be honest!! The manager on duty definitely was trying to get more money out of the situation. He changed the flat diagnostic price several times based on me telling him the symptoms of my vehicle..hopefully he's found out and realizes he has to run business differently. I don't recommend D & S . For any auto repair!

I just had a appt this morning to get my car slogged, I was in and out in no time. They are practicing safe distancing so waited outside. These guys were awesome. The even wished me Happy Mothers Day when I was leaving.

I came in a couple months ago and I really just can't get over the fact that they ripped me off, so I thought I'd write a review to blow off the steam. I brought my car in for a small oil leak that I knew where it was coming from. I work at a school that has an autoshop, so I had the teacher and kids look at it there first. They tightened the screw for the air filter and the teacher told me that it was probably the lube shop that didn't properly tighten it after an oil change. He told me to bring it back if the students did not tighten it enough. I had a week vacation right after that so I couldn't bring it back to the school shop when it was still leaking. I brought it over to DS as a first time customer and told them exactly where the leak was coming from, since I had it confirmed already at the school's shop. Well, the guy insisted on lifting it and doing a full undercarraige search and he brought me back and showed me all of the oil coming down and pointed to all the spots that it was probably coming from. I reminded him that I was told exactly where it was coming from, but he said they would have to do a power wash and oil dye and the charge for that was 300.00 dollars! I agreed since I was about to leave on break and he sort of put the scare in me. Well, come to find out all they needed to do was tighten the bolt some more on the air filter and that did it, no doy! They didn't charge me anymore for that, but I feel completely ripped off after telling them exactly where the leak was coming from in the first place. Any decent and honest shop would've heard me out and just tightened the bolt that I first informed them of and charged me a fair price for that. I feel completely taken advantage of and was impressed at first with the fancy waiting room and taxi home, but it seems like they are finding any means necessary to get as much money out of the customer to pay their fancy front. Just check out the reviews below. They play nice at the counter, but they over quote and charge for things that do not need to be done. Dishonest and unfair. Do not recommend!

The guys at this front desk here were so friendly and helpful to my son and me. They could have taken advantage and charged us large sums of money to fix up an old Jaguar that my son had purchased-but they were up front with us about long term costs and did there best to help us out if a sticky situation. They were also willing to hold the car a few days for us to make arrangements to get it picked up and even helped get the stereo out of the car for my son free of charge. I really appreciate all their help and will definitely be taking my other cars to them for service. So I haven't taken my cars back since my last review because the quoted I got from these guys ended up being pretty pricey and for work that didn't necessarily need to be done. I still appreciate the guys at the front desk but can't afford to take my cars here.

I took my car in because I felt my transmission kicking when it was shifting gears. They said they ran diagnostics on my vehicle and nothing was wrong and all I needed was a new battery. Two weeks like my transmission completely failed. I paid $240 for those to diagnostics tests and now I'm completely out of a vehicle. I called them and told them the situation, (Moses) the guy working there made very snarky comments to me then hung up. Would not recommend anyone spend their money with this excuse for an auto shop.

Lieing cheating over priced and will take their time just to charge you more. When their work fails they will say it's not your fault and not fix it. Stay away far away
