Waste of 30 minutes. I was told by pharmacy staff over the phone that my prescription would be ready. Sat in the drive-thru line to be told by the cashier the prescription was not ready -and- wouldn't be ready until two (2) days from today.

I absolutely HATE this pharmacy. The employees may be friendly but they are NEVER helpful and the wait to pick up prescriptions is ALWAYS horrendous. I have to wait at least 30 min up to 1.5 hrs (whether drive through OR in store) just to pick up meds that were already filled. This location SUCKS! AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

RUDE, LOST PRESCRIPTIONS, UNTIMELY!!! I transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy from RiteAid in hopes of getting better customer service and my prescriptions in a timely manner and with no troubles, was I ever wrong! I have been denied my prescription because they claimed it wasn't time for a refill when I was clearly 2 days past the last refill date! They LOST my prescription and tried to blame me! They are good on not having new refills ready because they let them sit there until I actually call and then they will "find them"! One of the female employees got extremely aggressive on the phone with me because I was trying to explain if she can please double check if the doctor sent my prescription because in the past they have not filled it do to not entering the new refill in the computer yet, she went on this tangent making remarks saying "why wouldn't I sell it to you if I had it", so I got on the defense and aggressively told her back not to talk to me in such a manner and she hung up on me!

I just needed to pick up an Rx for my mom. Was in line for 45 min because of Covid testing. You need a pop up tent or something. Unless Covid testing is your primary business. I'll get my prescriptions somewhere else. Absolutely rediculous!!!!!

I've been using this pharmacy for the last 4 years now and haven't had any issues. My son uses medication that requires a PAR or a prior authorization and that usually takes up to 6days for the insurance to get to it but idk what Marie does that she's able to get those to come back ASAP which is great because my sone can't go 6days without his medications. I've gone to other pharmacies and have tried all but 2 of the pharmacies here in Visalia, but I always come back to this one. I also try to take advantage of the coupons that I get from using the rewards program. This particular CVS has a lot of household items we use and they always great us when we walk in. Some of the other CVS stores don't really do that but I like that this one acknowledges you when you come in.

Rude and inconsiderate. Gave incorrect information and after 5 days gave me bAck my paper Rx. The techs are more polite than the pharmacy manager who discriminated based on my disability. Horrible experience. These are medications that I need and the people who are in the healthcare profession need to evaluate why they're even working in this field if it isn't to help people.

This CVS is consistently bad every time. Every time they send my prescription to this pharmacy it's never there and I don't know what the problem is???
