I went to the pharmacy today to pick up a prescription that said it was ready to pick up and when I got there, Samantha, the one on your left said She was going to look into it. So she did and stated that she wouldn’t call the insurance, but I would have to go inside. I was not going to go because it wouldn’t be fair To go inside when I wanted to come to the drive-through for a reason and she was going to the next When I was here first. She was very rude and said “it’s not gonna be fair for me that I will have a long line while you sit here” I stated that I’m always getting a text message that the Prescription is ready but By each time they come, they tell me the same thing that the insurance wasn’t going to cover and to WAIT till the 3rd month but the thing is that they never called the insurance. And I’m just going in circles. It really frustrating that she said just shuts the window and slams it shut WHILE l was STILL talking to her. She then call her IMMATURE Manager name KEVIN and was speaking to me VERY RUDELY AND WITH AN ATTITUDE. I question him why was he giving me attitude and that’s when Scott the pharmacist stepped in and said what’s going on? I want to say that I’ve never had issues up until this With Samantha and the manager, Kevin. I work in the health field, and this is really unacceptable to treat the customers/ patients this way. I understand his long hours with If this is not the career they want to be in, I would suggest they change careers. I’m really Flabbergasted the way, Kevin was speaking to me as a manager it is Uncalled for. I mean, just look at him can you tell he’s just very immature and not competent for his job. CVS PLEASE DO BETTER!

Mireya from cvs pharmacy is so efficient and so nice I needed help transferring my prescription from another CVS and she was very helpful.Ver Patient with my questions .Thank God we have other locations we're customers are treated fairly when in need of pain medication.

01/31/24 I just left this store, usually never have any issues. The lotto machine took my twenty dollars and wouldn't scan my super lotto cards. I asked the lady at the register to help me get my money back, she called the manager. That's when the problem started. Terry, the manager, came over. Before she got there, a young man was helping me, with no luck. Terry said the machine is jammed and I would have to buy scratchers. She said she couldn't do anything about it. I told her the sign said to ask a store assistant if I needed help. She wasn't gonna do anything, and I had to tell her to get the remote out, and reset the machine. Rude, Rude, Rude is all I got from her. She got the remote, only after letting her know I knew about it. She knew how to reset the machine the whole time, but decided to act like she didn't. She asked the young man to put the sign on the machine that read "scratches only". I was getting my money back, so, no harm, no foul. My bad, it's not over. I grabbed the sign and covered the money insert slot, and she yelled from the counter "not there" like I was the employee. Basically letting me know, I put the sign in the wrong place. She sent the young man back to the machine to grab the refund ticket, but he didn't have my twenty. I looked at him, but Terry said "he doesn't have your money, YOU HAVE TO GET IN LINE", that was RUDE!!Finally got my money back from the young man. Terry started to walk away. I asked her if she was the manager. She said yes, so I told her I was inconvenienced and I've been nice about the whole incident, but it seems, I'm the one who caused the problem. The machine was the problem, not me. I said; There's no "sorry for your inconvenience" no nothing! She didn't like that. I said this is your store, where is the customer service? Rudely she got upset, telling me what do you want me to do, I said customer service, this is your store, take some responsibility and just be nice, it's that easy. Not wanting to use the remote control to refund the money and telling me to buy twenty dollars worth of scratches I don't want, then being rude about it, was about all I needed from her. She could've saved the whole incident from happening by just doing her job and being nice. FYI, this is a 5 star store all day, everyone here is awesome! All it takes is the attitude of one person to drop it to 2 stars.

I've seen and heard bad reviews for this location, but I've never had a problem with the pharmacy (which is the main reason I go here) or staff on the floor. The drive thru can be a bit slow, but people need to remember that person working the drive thru is also assisting people inside the store.

Terrible drive thru service yesterday! Maybe I'm being too harsh and this was this guys first day on job, but come on man , try to pull it together. Waited forever in line. Once my turn, guy is obviously overwhelmed and busy wiping his sweaty brow, fingers all over his face. Ewww. Not exactly professional and will now be going into store for Rxs

I was in line at the drive thru 8mins before 1230 with 2 cars ahead of me. I finally got to the window just to have it shut on me so they can take lunch. They should have helped the cars that were in line before 1230. Then my husband goes back just to find out the medication was not in stock. It was sent back to the doctor. They didn’t offer a different CVS location. I called the Demaree location and they transferred the medication to process it. Horrible customer service!!

Checked the website for hours says they are open until 11pm. Ran by after work got there at 10:20 and there was a sign on the door saying they are closing at 10 from 05/21-06/03 would have been nice if the website was updated I drove all the way across town and now will have to go all the way back tomorrow. Next time I’ll just go to Walgreens!!!!!!

If I could put 0 I would. Worst pharmacy in town. Not one of them are on the same page. Everytime I call I get a different answer to when I can pick up my prescription. No one has any answers. They need to get on the same damn page already. It's so old. On top of it the techs are complete assholes and so if the pharmacist "Gary" complete tool!! Never In my life had this amount of trouble with a pharmacy!

This is my favorite CVS! The store is clean and spacious. Their photo center is fast and efficient, the staff at the pharmacy and that do the vaccinations are excellent, and they are on top of mobile orders.
