My husband was a pharmacist. He used to fill a prescription every 3 min for 12 hrs straight, besides counseling patients, talking to doctors and dealing with insurance companies. The techs work just as hard, filling, double-checking, stocking, dealing with insurance, answering questions AND serving customers. At least now they get a lunch break!! Pharmacy laws are inflexible. If they fill your prescription early they lose their licence. PLEASE CUT THESE PEOPLE SOME SLACK!! They do a very stressful job amazingly well and they remain polite in spite of angry customers who don't understand. They wtch the line and add cashiers when possible.

Pharmacist here look miserable while helping customers but manage to make a disgusting face of satisfaction when closing the window for lunch, While a line of people stand there confused. Lack of customer service, and have no proper communication

Ill give 2 stars cause they were ok one month in the past but every time i go here there's an issue. I pick up all my meds on the same day but one day they said it was to soon for one by one day but they are both in the same class. Now i have to get one one day and another the next every month now. Also they won't start filling unless you go in and tell them then they make you go home all day and wait. Other pharmacies will put you down as a waiter and get it done right away. Pathetic

I wish I could give a 0 star review. The pharmacy tech said I couldn’t get my monthly prescription because it was too soon. However my Dr. increased the dose, so it was a new rx. Then I called for another rx and the intellectual pharmacist said this rx was to soon to refill also. I had been out of my rx for over a week. When I corrected the pharmacist very politely the pharmacist told me to calm down. So if you don’t speak in a monotone voice then apparently you are in an escalated state. This pharmacy lies to you and won’t fill your prescriptions. Highly unethical this place.

I'd give 0 stars an employee named Vanessa was so rude I heard her talking about other customers from a row over I'm guessing she was on those headphones because I didn't see anyone else around. When I said she shouldn't do be doing that she rolled her eyes and said I couldn't do anything about it. She worked at night this day.

Very few employees. I couldn't find anyone to answer a question in the area surrounding the pharmacy when I was looking for a medical device. Wasted 15 minutes. Saw that the line for prescriptions didn't move at all. Don't bother. worst CVS I have ever visited.

First time shopping at this location as well couponing there. The store is clean and the employees are very nice and helpful. One employee who stood out for going above and beyond for me today was Brenda. She was very patient with me through my couponing process and helped me get better deals today as well. I love her bubbly attitude! I can’t say enough how helpful and nice she is. She’s really someone you’d enjoy checking out with. 10/10 will be returning thanks to Brenda ??

Had such an amazing experience at the store on Noble. Store was clean, customer service was amazing!!! Thank you Brenda for being extremely patient with me and all my questions about sales and coupons. You truly are amazing. I will be shopping here from here on out.

I completely understand when a drug is not available because it is back ordered from the manufacture BUT I don't understand why the pharmacy doesn't have method of filling prescriptions that are on back order!!!!! Over the past several weeks, the pharmacy keeps telling me that my medication is ready for pick up when it is not!!! I have been told that my medication is ready (by both an actual person on the phone and by the automated phone message) only to be told when I got there (and I live 40 minutes out of town) that there is no prescription ready and it won't be ready that day! I am completely out of medication now. Also, I have been told that I was on a waiting list and would be notified when the medication becomes available. Today, I tried to verify that I was on the waiting list only to be told there is NO waiting list! My only recourse is to have my doctor send in a new prescription for the dose that they have in stock (not the dose I am supposed to be on). And hope that they don't run out of that medication before they fill my new prescription. If they run out, I don't know how I am supposed to get my medication. It is apparent that they do not have a process to fill prescriptions at a latter time, if they can't fill it right then and there, you are out of luck. And they won't tell you that they could not fill it either, you will just have to find out on your own. This pharmacy is so broken! And the amount of work for my doctor is ridiculous, because once the new prescription arrives, it will replace and void the previous prescription so my doctor will have to send in another prescription once they fill my lower dose prescription.. What a nightmare!!! And if by some miracle the original dose of medication arrives, I won't get that one!!!
