bought a phone there a few days ago, walked around the mall then when i passed the cricket kiosk i bought my phone from about 45 minutes earlier all of my information was still on the screen. I went to say something to the manager who was fraternizing with all the women, but when he saw me he ran over to the computer and quickly closed out the screen. I'm very disappointed all of my information was out there for everyone to see inside of a mall.

After a terrible experience & literally no help at the Hanford mall kiosk last night, I decided to try the Visalia mall kiosk on my lunch break today. Kassandra was very helpful & saved me from purchasing a brand new replacement phone when I could simply file a claim for my broken one that was covered by insurance...& I was able to get back to work on time! Thanks Kassandra!

I just left the cricket kiosk at the Visalia mall. I had the pleasure of being help by a young lady named Kassandra. She was very pleasant, helpful, and she knows her job. I would let everyone know that she's the one to go to.

Seriously worst service. People that work there are rude. Maybe they should be thankful they have a job. Maybe they need some training on social skills. Young and under educated on customer service.

I wasn't there for anything personally more or less just to observe. Noticed that the reps didn't take much notice to their audience which was obviously Hispanic. I thought they were discriminating them and showing them less attention and care because of the way they looked and dressed. Which was even more sad being that 99% of the employees were Hispanic themselves. Such a shame. I almost guarantee most of their customers in this year are Hispanic so why not show them a little more appreciation?
