The store manager needs to put some attention on the store employees. Some of them pull their merchandise supply carts like wild horses. Without any caution if they hurt any customers. I have seen this a lot of times... What's going on Mr. Manager wake up and put some attention on safety to your employees and respect the customers...

All I can say is this Costco is very popular. It's very clean and staff and always working, it's a busy store. You can't beat their gas prices. Parking is always clean and you can always find the parking.

My mom has been a costco member for over 30 years. Today was the breaking point for me. We came to our costco today and grabbed a grilled chicken. When it came to check out, our chicken was leaking. So, instead of offering to go get us another one, I had to run all the way across the store to get another one! It was hot as hell on my hands and unprofessional of them. Costco,do better! Sams club blows you out of the water.

An older relative called about their medication being ready. The pharmacist/pharmacist technician said all of their medication were ready to be picked up. When I got there, the person at the register said that one of the medications was not ready yet, meaning I'd have to make ANOTHER trip to that place. Their incompetency is really baffling.

Went there to pick up medication and Alex helped me. He went above and beyond and was super polite and helpful. Definitely recommend going back there if he's there.

I would like to take this time, on the behalf of Freedom Worship Center Visalia, to thank this business for their generous donation for our fundraiser last month to purchase Christmas gifts for our local CASA & Transitions Children Services. Because of your assistance along with other local businesses, clubs, & personal donations our church was able to raise enough funds to purchase gifts for 80 teens in foster care over the Christmas season. This store is just as crowded if not more so than the ones in Fresno and it was a madhouse. I stopped in here just to check things out and see if they have other items that differ from their sister stores, such as gift cards, etc but I instantly regretted my decision due to the long lines and chaotic atmosphere.The store does a good job of keeping the shelves stocked, but that is where the positives end. Line management was poor, with long wait times at the checkouts and the self-checkout is always packed, making it hard to get in and out of the store quickly. And don't even think of stopping at the food court, it is just as bad and long as the checkout line.If you're looking for a quick in-and-out shopping experience, this may not be the best option. However, if you don't mind fighting the crowds and waiting in line, you can find good deals and a wide variety of products.

As far as a very rude young lady. I hit two numbers at the kiosk and had to redo it and apparently my number in line was lost. I waited several minutes even after others were called after me. They wouldn't even listen to me. After 15 minutes waiting for a HOTDOG I demanded my order. A young lady through it into the bag tearing it and slammed it on the counter. I voiced my displeasure and she replied, TO BAD and walked off saying it again.

I'm writing this review based on an incident that happened a few days ago. I was out shopping helping with my elderly Father. At the checkout, during the payment process, my father had a hard time remembering his PIN number. So I went ahead and paid with my card, that's when another staff other than the cashier whom was assisting us came by and asked "why aren't we done yet"? I was a bit baffled due to her demeanor and attitude. She proceeded to tell us we were holding up the line "literally two customers behind us". I told her my father forgot his pin which is the reason for the hold up. That's when she started giving us attitude telling my father he needs to take "his meds so he can remember. That's when it got out of hand, I told her that was very unprofessional and that I asked to speak to her supervisor, her tag said her name was Amber "put@ face Mexican girl" and that she is the supervisor, so I asked for the manager and she said with a stern NASTY face "there's no need for a manager, I make the rules here", I didn't have much time to wait around because I had an appointment right after to go. Shorty after I ended up calling the location to get a hold of the store manager who they said was unavailable at the time. So in the meantime I will have to make a complaint with their corporate office.

I was told my Mothers service dog was not allowed in the store. The service dog is contained in a dog stroller with the animal completely in closed zipped up. My Mother is 79 years old!! My Aunt was also with me and she was in need of an electric cart due to her medical conditions. I looked everywhere for the cart and was refused help in locating 1 of the 6 they have available. It's going to be very hard for me to renew my membership when customer service is so poor. I know I don't want my Mother shopping there without me!

If I can put 0 stores I would for my horrible experience at optical center this year. I have always gone to Costco optical but their most recent contracted provider is the absolute worst. Has an inflated ego, extremely cocky, and plain out RUDE. He becomes argumentative during eye exam. Do better Costco.

Costco, if you are unaware, is a place where you pay a yearly membership fee (around 60$) to shop at wholesale prices. This store sells items in bulk - so it's the perfect place to go to "stock up" on items. However it's the wrong place to go if you just need a single loaf of bread, or a bag of chips or something. This Costco is the only one in the area so it is pretty much packed all of the time. I've never seen Costco empty. The lines are a little chaotic, but they have a lot of employees who are efficient at their jobs and move people through very quickly. The store is always clean and organized which is surprising considering the amount of people that pass through the doors everyday. Costco also sells other necessities, such as gasoline for your car, at a generally cheaper price - which you have access to if you are a member. There is also a tire center, a pharmacy, and a small food court. I find the membership not really worth it for a small household who doesn't need a lot in the way of bulk items.

I bought a 75" Tv from here that was a so called Display model (in the box) well my error for not checking the TV in the box because I was SCAMMED!!! I didn't think this was necessary being that it's Costco and they take back everything. The sales guy even told me I would have no problem returning the TV for any reason. Well After getting the TV home, I discovered the TV had scratches on the screen. I took the TV back and tried to return it. Well come to find out, there was a 65" Tv in the 75" box and They would not do the return. They refused to check video surveillance and they basically called me a liar and implied I switched out the TV or something. The front end manager BEN** (from the Visalia Ca Costco) has TERRIBLE customer service (ego issue) and his own employees felt bad for me because i am an honest person who is in the military and in LE and I know employees there who can vogue for me. I went back the following day and spoke with the GM STEVEN CHAMBERLIN who also basically called me a liar and refused to do a thorough investigation and find out how this boxed TV got on the sales floor. I feel scammed and violated to say the least. I spend thousands of dollars with this company and they refused to make this right. I will be encouraging as many LE/military friends and family cancel their Costco memberships just for this reason because what they did was not right. $1000 is nothing to this company but a lot to me. Bad customer service and bad business. If I was some POS they probably would have done the return. Devastated to say the least.
