Trash, go in did get a hello, but didn't get help till like couple min later. Come to me asking if I need help with a shaky voice like they scared of me. Tell me i need an account to purchase with them even in store.
What's the point of having the store open to the public if you need an account with them to purchase.
First time going to a cosmoprof, trash experience, I'll just keep going to Sally's?

This is one of my favorite places to shop! I have been shopping at this store since it opened in Visalia. I love all the employees they are always very friendly, kind & willing to help me! They make me feel like my business is appreciated! It's hard to find that at businesses these days!

Wow!! Is what I would like to say! I admire the gentleman who helped my daughter and I this morning. Zeke knew exactly where to find all the products we needed and gave recommendations on the best formulas. Definitely could have kept on shopping with him. Thanks again!

NOT FOLLOWING COVID PROTOCOL AT ALL!!! There's an employee who was working today that was only wearing a plastic face shield, NO MASK. The worst part is that the shield didn't even cover her whole face, it only stood infront of her chin and mouth not even fully covering that area. It could be very easy for her to spread this serious virus. I DEMAND for her employer to make her wear the proper safe mask for the safety of their employees and most importantly customers!!!!!! We are almost a year into this pandemic you would think people would get the memo by now....
