Do not use xfinity, or this location, they will rip you off. Xfinity will over charge you and then accuse you of not returning equipment

Had a great experience here with the manager Jonathan. He was more than helpful and very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend him if you're looking for internet, cable or other things that falls under the Xfinity umbrella :)

I was having trouble activating my sim card and Alessandra was very patient and helpful and she got everything working perfectly. Shout out to the retail support and one other person that helped out. Awesome customer service!

The customer service is okay I had no problem with them but my issue is connectivity using their WiFi my work causes me to have different hours so at night while I use the WiFi I always notice there’s no internet connection at night and it drives me nuts as much as the next guy

In a nutshell: A corporate monster. Rates highest of all TV-internet providers. Dishonest, inept. Not an inch of slack for fixed-income seniors who want to watch only the news channels. Service outages. Overseas "technical" support is nonexistent. Same goes for the Philadelphia corporate office, where there's no way to escalate an issue. Local store staff are intransigent, thin-skinned and hostile to customers; to be fair, however, they only do/say as they're told. Just a few reasons the entire cable industry needs to be regulated. Happy, however, to move on to another company. :-)))

They reward new customers but Make old customers pay more with no reasonable deals 25 dollars to rent a modem is ridiculous. I will be cancelled asap.

Almost 25 years as a Comcrap customer--and shame on me. Positively the most inept, dishonest, and unprofessional service provider ever--from the outages, to ever-increasing monthly rates, false promises, to suddenly-cancelled service "agreements," to unwritten "conditions," to technicians sent to my home, to the dumb clucks answering the 800 number in the Pacific ocean, to the call-in number at their Philadelphia headquarters (the only viable option is their "business" line) --to any "help" at the Xfinity store on Mooney. The store, by the way, looks like it's manned by a bunch of bouncers at a ghetto bar. What/who are they afraid of, I've wondered-- except themselves? Lollllll! Take a look at their online customer reviews--including those on google. No wonder they've lost thousands of customers. Just another indicator that this sad outfit--in fact the entire cable industry--need to be regulated--and strictly-- by government. This month: Yet another increase in my monthly bill, and that finally did it for this fixed-income senior. Am OUTTA here--and happily on to another service provider.

Not a bad experience.I arrived 15 min before closing.I was addressed within 2 min of being there.When the young woman with the long dark hair was done with one customer they called me.It took no more than 7 min to be in and out. There were other people in the store as well. The only thing that I would change is I would have them have a check in counter and a display screen or something to account for the customers that walk in and have them taken care of in order. It would be a nightmare on a busy day to decipher who came first if someone isn’t paying attention.Other than that. No issues.

I will never come back to xfinity! They Raised up my phone bill without letting me know and i got two phones with them on a Promotion for 500 off for both phone but now they changed it and making me pay the full amount on the phones. Straight trying to Screw me over big time!

I came in to buy a new phone since mine is banged up. I waited for about 5-10 minutes and was then taken to an agent. Prior to this I had called online to change my account holder name to my own name so that I would be able to buy a phone. Context they don’t let you buy a phone if the account holder isn’t their, which is my parents. I’m 18 years old and still don’t u know why I need my parents their to purchase a phone but anyways I gave them the account information and they said my name was not in their system as an account holder. I had explained to them I was on a call for about 2 hours changing my account name to my name and they didn’t seem to care. The agents were very rude and insistent that I couldn’t buy a phone. I’ve never seen another place needing an account holder there to purchase a phone from them. This wouldn’t be an issue if there system was updated in the first place since my name is literally on the account as (account holder). I also have all the account information on my phone and I showed them that my name was the account holder yet again they were insistent that I needed my parents still, and they didn’t care that I had proof I was the account holder.

Highly recommend! Everyone was so kind and helpful in the store. Francisco assisted me and my family with our cell phones and internet services. He went above and beyond to make sure we received all of the promos and rewards we were qualified for and made the whole process so easy. He was knowledgeable and listened in detail to our needs. We left feeling extremely satisfied!
