My husband went to the Visalia Xfinity store because our cable box/ remote went out. The first time he went he got shuffled around to 2 different workers . They gave us a new box and remote and of course with our luck the remote control was defective( our tv didn’t even turn on) he went back a second time and Cory corfah was a godsend he explained to the tee how to pair it to the box and he was patient and knowledgeable he is actually the person that prevented us to switch to another company, he went above and beyond to give us his business card. We were frustrated with online service ( telephone) they never solve the problem after being put on hold for indefinite time, it was a nightmare

Sent me a dirty filthy used box and called it an upgrade. I kept my original clean one. Their definition of upgrade and mine are totally different.

There customer service sucks spend 15 minutes going threw hoops just to talk to someone xfinity assistant app is absolutely garbage it's a shame that there competition is so much more worse or I would take my business else where and there damn store does not open till 10am such an inconvenience

The people here are amazing. Jonathan is an outstanding manager and has a great team who are all very helpful and knowledgeable. I believe Alessandra helped me switch my mobile service over, which is saving me money and working excellent. Ty guys ❤️

I have 7 accounts with xfinity and every time I call them they mess something else up, closing accounts and opening new ones, sending me equipment that I didn’t order. I have never talked to anyone with xfinity who has been able to tell me what is going on. They can’t even tell me how many accounts I have. They are clueless. Every time I think it is resolved, I get a notification that one of my accounts has been closed or I get a bill for an account that I have no knowledge of. It is nothing short of infuriating. I have been dealing with this for months now and no one has been able to help.

Ok people here we go a company that Doesn't care about you all they care about is making money like they don't make enough already had an issue with them back when covid hit even after paying them $250. they shut off our service , well now my wife made an arrangement with someone there to extend our payment 6 days well that was agreed upon then on the weekend they shut service off . Well if that isn't enough you get people you barely understand taking to you giving you some other story basically wanting their money they will strong arm you . Think we will be switching to some other type of service.

This company gave us a contract according to which they would charge $30 per month and within a few months they were already charging more than $150 p/m and I called to cut the service and they continued charging. They took money from me for more than 8 years taking advantage of the automatic payment and finally I forced them to cancel my service by cutting off the information on my card. They started charging me a ridiculous amount for non-payment. They are scammers. They steal from people. Do not consume with this company.

As soon as we walked an associate immediately greeted us and began to assist us. We got super deals on upgrading our Internet,new upgraded iPhone for the wife, androids for us team android, we even got a better deal on our service plan that we switched from boost. We were also able to keep our numbers. Thank you Francisco.

Do not use xfinity, or this location, they will rip you off. Xfinity will over charge you and then accuse you of not returning equipment

Had a great experience here with the manager Jonathan. He was more than helpful and very knowledgeable, would definitely recommend him if you're looking for internet, cable or other things that falls under the Xfinity umbrella :)

I was having trouble activating my sim card and Alessandra was very patient and helpful and she got everything working perfectly. Shout out to the retail support and one other person that helped out. Awesome customer service!
