I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the headache and order your parts online. I called yesterday to see if they had a power cord available for a gas range and gave them the exact model number. I also explained in detail exactly what the power cord looked like. The person working proceeded to tell me yes they have it in stock, so I sent my employee there to pick it up. Upon arriving, they try to sell her a power cord for an electric range/dryer. They insist that this is the cord we need and they didn’t even look it up on their computer to confirm. Had she not called me, it would have been a useless purchase that isn’t refundable. Not only was this highly unprofessional on their end, but they wasted MY company and employees time with their nonsense. Like I said, save yourself the headache and order online because these people DONT KNOW WHAT THEY’RE TALKING ABOUT.

I’m the owner of Sanchez Appliance Repair. I’ve been dealing with COAST appliance parts for over 25 years. I wanna say thank you to the owners for hiring Juan, Andy and Brian. Every time I’ve gone in they’ve been professional , courteous and knowledgeable. I can honestly say I purchase 95% of my parts from coast because they usually have it or they can have it for me in a couple days from one of the other Coast stores. I’m am very 100% pleased with visalia Coast and the staff.

I purchased an evaporation fan motor for my refrigerator from Coast Appliance. I ended up not needing it, less than one hour after purchasing it I returned to the store to return the part. I had opened the box but did not touch the part, the store manager refused to return it. He had claimed that it looked like it had been installed, even though it was completely new. I called their corporate office in Fontana, now they are advising I need to return it by mail to Fontana because the manager is refusing to process my return. I will never use them again, they are just trying to keep my money for an unneeded part.

Great service! Guys in front are very knowledgeable and helpful. Went in for a part on fridge that broke and they helped me find a model number to be able to get my part. They answered all my questions and gave me a good price. New staff there was a great move!

This store is awesome with parts! ABSOLUTELY horrible with customer service. Store manager Pam was absolutely rude. If you want business show some respect and have some patience. I stated I had a account with them and she rudely cut me off and answered the phone and started talking to them and helping them out. And then after asked me for the account number and I went out to get it and she said I don’t have to help you sir. horrible customer service and I won’t go back to that place.
