I have been a customer for years. I have had glitches here and there, but Humberto would make it right, so I stayed loyal until recently. I had poor service, contacted Humberto, and communication only seems to work through text message. The office number advertised is bogus, no one will ever answer. Service has been bad, and a month ago, Humberto determined neighbors' trees were blocking the way. He was going to come out and move dish. He didn't follow through after a week, so I contacted him. He finally replied, and we set up a time, no show. I was very upset. Again, through text, he apologized and would make it right, even reimbursed charges (we shall see). This Tuesday, I received a text saying he would be here by 10:00 a.m., @ 10:27. I received a text asking if dogs were nice. It was 9 mins before I saw the text and replied. I immediately sent my husband outside to meet him, and he was nowhere. I texted him and asked if he left..no reply, I called and had no answer. He never knocked on door or, much less even, call. I finally left him a message and said I was done and to cancel my service. As I type this, it is Wednesday evening, and I have not heard anything from him. I am so disappointed in what has become of this company. At this point, I will no longer recommend Clearview Wireless or Humberto (owner).

Don’t waste your time. They won’t answer the phone Mon-Fri during business hours. When you press one for the sales department the phone just rings.

Humberto has been a pleasure to work with for the past 3 years. When we have had issues he has been very helpful. We live at the base of a hill which makes internet access a little tricky but he has made it work. I highly recommend Clearview.

ClearView Wireless is all around the best internet service around! From customer service straight to the Amazingly fast Internet service. I am pleased and look forward to highly recommend ClearView Wireless to my friends and family! Humberto is the owner and operator who is hands on and always answers a call! Pleased to say that we finally found our internet provider for life!

Horrible!! Horrible service and non-existent customer service!!! They don't apply payments correctly, charge for service that I'm not getting, and no one ever answers when I call. I have called, texted, emailed, sent messages via Facebook Messenger for weeks and have not received a response. Definitely would not recommend!!

I am on day 10 of no connection. I purchased a new router per their advice, I was still unable to connect to their service. I placed 8 phone calls and left messages to the company between Tue 6/23 and Fri 6/26. Not one phone call was returned. It is unbelievable that they completely ignored my issues and provided no customer service. I have been a customer for 4 years. The service was never great and it was overpriced. I have cancelled my service and have asked for a refund.
