This place is so damn scandalous. They're over priced and low ball the hell out of you. I genuinely hate resale places and they made me hate them even more. Never again will I try to do business with them.

Went to the store on W. Main St Visalia they sell you shoes tell you they are new but when you take that plastic they put on it they are used shoes. So be careful before you buy them because you can't return them. When you take them back inside and tell them they sold you used ones they say oh Sorry can't return them. These people are Liar's All I can say is be Careful we work hard for our Money and they are not Honest People.

If I could give them a 0 star rating I would. Shoes extremely over priced. Supreme tees extremely over priced. Customer service extremely horrible, workers just sitting down on there phones the whole time. Definitely Not a variety of shoes, all they had for sale was Jordan 1s and Yeezys. Workers looked like they had no knowledge of shoes whatsoever (2000-2015era). Been to many shoe stores and this one by far was definitely the worst one.

Places like this are why the sneaker community has taken a hit. No idea what they're doing. Agree to deals and find was to back out. Trying to make you think your stuff is "fake" just because they regret the deals they agree to while trying to pass off worn shoes as DS. Also saying certain sizes don't sell when anyone really in the sneaker game knows size 12's come and go quick. Rather take my business to people that knows what they're doing, even if I have to drive to LA. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

The shoes were great at first but now my shoes dont work and i called and they said well we have a policy that u have to return them between 15 days well i got them in August and not one time did i step in a piddle or put my shoes in water or fall or drop them i took go care and then they started to acted up and then one shoe doesnt even work at all it doesnt charge or anything like ok thanks for your help

After pre ordering an item from one of your stores,"city stars" not only was the item not there the people working there were extremely rude and I was told to wait another week and yet again I called this Friday nd was told to wait another 24hrs called today nd my call were not answered the total was just under a hundred dollars
