Worse customer service: last time I’ll visit this location. After putting gas, I went to the counter to ask for their complimentary air. The heavy weighted Hispanic chick ignored me till a gentlemen pointed out that I was there first. She didn’t ask the typical “how can I help you?” but instead told me I’m helping this purchasing customer first. I looked at her and said I am your customer, I just filled up my tank on 3 and need air.” She rudely told me no that I have no proof of purchase. This chick acts like air is coming out of her paycheck. Walked away and got air at another gas station down the road on Akers.

This gas station is great I’m daily customer there but there a lady that works mornings with glasses older lady always being rude charging me for straws for my tea and water for my drinking bottle someone needs to give her some communication classes on how to treat people either then that all the workers are awesome and have respect there

The girl at the register named Ashley was extremely rude and disrespectful. I always go to this chevron because it's the closest location to me. I never have issues with anyone that works there except for her. My friend needed to pay two separate transactions for gas. She rudely snatched his money and barely spoke. When it was my turn to pay for my danish/cinnamon roll, I ask her if she's having an ok night. She says "Yeah I've been here for 9 hours just can't wait to go home". I responded "I understand, however I do feel you were a little rude to him a moment ago when he was paying for gas". She replies and I quote "Well he just threw the money on the counter", I interrupted and said "No he didn't I watched you, and that's still no excuse for you to be rude to a customer". She proceeds to talk over me, threw her hand up with attitude and says "thank you, bye". That triggered me, because I was already on my way out, so then I let her know I was going to do what I am doing now. Letting everyone know how poorly she handled customers all because she was at work for "9 hours". Trust and believe we all work long hours and when working a customer service job, your attitude matters and does effect your stores service. Regardless of how long you've been there. Horrible attitude, and she kept talking about me to the next customer as I walked out the store, made it even worse, because now you're gossiping to other customers about something you did and you didn't like the reaction. Poor judgment on her behalf. The store shouldn't allow that to happen. I hope they have audio, because I didn't curse at her not once, and she was rude.

Walked in, a male and female employee were having a personal conversation. The female paused her conversation to ask me what I needed, I told her what I wanted, she turned her back to me to keep talking before going to get it. Then when I saw the total come up on the card reader, I held my card over it to use the tap function. I recently had some problems with my card so I waved it over different areas of the card reader to see if I was doing something wrong. She stopped again and told me, with an incredibly rude tone that the card would not work until she pressed the button on her side. Had she not been having a side conversation maybe that button would have been pressed by then. I understand there is a shortage of people wanting to work, but don’t keep people like this that will create enemies for your business. Absolutely rude woman who clearly does not deserve even this minimal job.

The new lady at night ( I can't pronounce her name but it starts with an A) is very cheerful and hard working. I can tell she's new. Gas is high and I'm drawn here by the McDonald's and the occasional snack at the extra mile. ??Pork skins were 1.50 last week! Woohoo!!

On top of the many shenanigans that go on at this place, tonight I pull up expecting to see one of the usual faces that are working at this gas station. But what to my surprise there is someone whom I don't recognize.....not only that but she is outside the store talking to what look to be friends that are in a truck parked in the parking lot. so I wait to go in knowing noone is in the store. don't want her to think I'm stealing or something(because she isn't where she's supposed to be doing what she's supposed to do). 5 min goes passed and she's still not in the store yet. come on people!

Pumps are always broken! They may as well put up a permanent sign that says the debit is broken. Fix it! Don't just put up a paper sign for 8 months!

It's a shame when you don't get treated with good or even decent customer service. I will no longer be going to this location. In fact, I won't be giving Chevron my business at all. I'm done. The smug little brat behind the counter is no help and is a complete j**** I don't know if they cover customer service or common courtesy during orientation but the acne faced kid behind the counter could use it.

First of all, the counter help questioned what I was doing, legitimate question. However, all this while talking on the phone, instead of asking me if I needed anything. Then, nervous and suspicious, follows me outside and continued to interrogate me, what now looked worse, it was the owner on the other end asking all the questions, sad sad sad. Bathrooms were also dirty, out of soap and paper towels.😣
