Super friendly staff! Always polite and caring. The veterinarians are very knowledgeable and they never rush you out. They explain everything they are doing on your fur baby. I highly recommend Caldwell Vet.

The staff was great. They are friendly and kind to the animals and their people.
The Dr., however, was not friendly, kind or honest. My 16 year old dog has a heart murmur that we've known about for many years. The Dr. knows he has it.
The Dr. told me my dog needs teeth extracted, oral surgery. Tooth extractions require anesthesia. My dog has a heart murmur and is 16 years old.
Healthy geriatric dogs have a high mortality rate when anesthesia is used. I can only imagine how much higher the mortality rate is for geriatric dogs with heart problems.
Tooth extractions are also very expensive. Either the Dr. doesn't know the dangers anesthesia poses for geriatric dogs or he was trying to upsale without regard for my dog's age, current health or how the death of my best friend for 16 years would break my heart.
Beware. Don't assume the Dr. has your, or your pet's best interests at heart.

GREAT PLACE , BETTER THEN TULARE. THEY JUST CHARGE AND DONT TAKE CARE OF OUR SMALL BABIES. INCAME TO THIS HOSPITAL REFERRAL BY MY MANAGER, IM SO HAPPY HE TOLD ME ABOUT THIS PLACE..WE LOVE IT HERE AND STAFF AND DOCTORS ARE FRICKEN WOUNDERFULL THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR WORK.?

I can't complain about the service my pet receives. The staff has always been friendly. However today was way off there was someone I assume a vet Tech on the floor and when I walked by her she said "Your lucky Im at work or I would kick your ass!" I have never seen her before in my life. She then continued to go about like she never said anything at all. I left very confused & no I didn't make a scene or call a manager because it is my word against hers.

I really wish you guys would have people pull up to get their dogs in this °110 weather ? or at least wheel their dogs out for them if they can't carry them!! Its Pretty sad to see those poor dogs struggle to walk to their car in this heat!!!

This is by far the worst place I’ve ever been to they have killed my puppy still had the audacity to charge me and said that I would be never welcome there again. Trust me, I will never return and for all you pet lovers go with caution there are thieves a scam.
