We had a fantastic experience at Brown's. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient throughout our visit. They took the time to understand what we were looking for and provided excellent recommendations. We never felt rushed, and their friendly attitude made the shopping experience enjoyable!

I was greeted delightfully upon arrival, explained my style and needs, and was treated comfortably whilst awaiting sizes. They even found the last pair of a particular ugg's slip on i wanted. I couldn't imagine a more pleasant shoe purchasing experience, truly.

Was greeted upon entering the store and was assisted immediately. I was looking for a casual pair of brown shoes. I ended up with a pair of SAS shoes. Very happy with my selection.

Just a great store in downtown Visalia. Well staffed even though I was arriving at a time that wasn't busy. Immediately offered assistance took good care of me and made great recommendations. Not pushy and very gracious. What more can a person ask from a local business that is family run that is very competitive which large shoe stores. These are the kind of folks we need to keep in business

If I want Birkenstocks, I head to Brown's Shoe Fit Company. They carry a fabulous variety of styles and colors, the salespeople are helpful as well as knowledgeable. I've also bought Teva's there and drooled over (not literally) numerous other pairs of shoes. If you're looking for well-made shoes, go to Brown's.

Always had a great experience. If they don't have my size, they order it and call when it comes in. Usually 2 to 3 days. Very polite and courteous. just a great place to shop for your shoes.
