My (now) fiancé told me after proposing how much he loved this place & the owners immediately after walking in and meeting them. He couldn't stop raving about them to me and told me I needed to go in and meet them lol. Turned out I had to go in anyways to get my ring re-sized, and I thought the size we picked would be too small but they were exactly on point and it fits PERFECTLY. I could also see why he liked them so much.. VERY kind people and just great at what they do. My partner gave me the most beautiful meaningful moment of my life, and they helped him get there. I can't thank them enough and will definitely go back to them for his ring!

Took my wedding ring in to have it taken down in size and couldn't have been happier with their work! I had previously had my wedding band and engagement ring soldered at a different shop but wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the job. Wade not only took my ring down in size but re-soldered my ring and band to my liking and I couldn't possibly be happier with it! Even got it all cleaned up and polished, looking brand new again! He even told me he could make a 2nd band to match so I just might have to take him up on it, great value and even better work!

I had such a wonderful experience at Brown’s. I brought in two heirlooms of my grandmother’s: a necklace with a chain that needed repairing, a ring that needed resizing. Both were done so well and came out looking brand new. And my wedding ring got cleaned and looks amazing! Candace said that “all jewelry tells a story” and let me look at my pieces with her magnifier, which was so fun! They were timely and clearly take good care of their customers and their jewelry. I will definitely use them again.

I took my watch in to get it fixed because I thought the battery was dead and just needed to be replaced and the next day when I went to pick it up and they told me it was just a solar charged battery and it was running all day and needed no fixing. I left with no price to pay, but with a good feel for how well the place is run. Very good jewelry store.

I first visited Wade after losing my wedding ring. He custom created a new ring for me at an incredible price and my insurance covered it! Then I sent many many friends to Wade because he is so easy to work with. Most recently my son chose a diamond and a custom engagement band by Wade. Always a fun visit to see Wade and Candace.

Excellent work quality and customer service!
I have been obsessed with my engagement ring ever since I took it to Brown's for resizing, cleaning, and polishing. I was on a tight deadline to get it resized before I left for vacation, and they had it ready for me within 2 days! The ring was perfectly resized and SO shiny that it looked like a different ring when I got it. I can't stop staring at it and holding the stones up to the sun.
Ambience of the place is also very relaxing and nice. Overall 10/10 would recommend.
