I went to an Apple point without an appointment. Which is there at Best Buy. And they treated me very well.

Best buy it online is more like it. Best buy used to be great. They have offered less and less since they move into this location. Still helpful people though.

The customer service at the pick could have been better, and even with the guy that took the TV out, he could care less how the TV went in and just left us
