Well after getting the BBB involved I got a call from them. They said they called in February my phone was busy. Have the newest I Phone and call waiting so no busy goes to voicemail. So they called one time I guess don't care enough about customers to call more then once. I don't use them that much so still be getting my stuff on Mooney.

Was disgusted at how the owner to Beatwear came up to me while I was with my children and told me that she had cut my chairs apart and moved them. As I questioned where my chairs went and why they were moved she rudely interrupted me and pointed to her business to let me know she owned the business that was behind the chair setup. City sidewalks do not work that way MA’AM. I hope she feels really good about the example she set on Monday before parade scattering our toddler’s chairs to the street. Don’t complain that mine were set out early either, your husband (Chris Wilson) told me he set your chairs up at 9am. 45 minute difference from when we went.
In all the years I’ve set up, I’ve never had this problem. I’m all for supporting local small businesses but will not be supporting Beatwear who thinks they’re entitled to the city sidewalk.

Went today to get a uniform, worst customer service ever. I was not greeted. Instead looked at with a disgusted face and bad attitude. According to these reviews I know Im not the only one that has had a bad experience. Will not be returning instead went to Valley Uniforms and got treated with respect & to top it off they have amazing prices.

Great people. They sell orbeez guns and their ammo here. The people in the shop are welcoming and it always feels good going there. They also have a nice selection of patches and police gear. Would recommend to anyone trying to buy a gel blaster this summer. Or any local filmmakers needing movie supplies for cop characters.

No customer service. Girl helping me seemed bothered when I asked for help. Everything is overpriced. Bought 3 small items for $90 when I could of gotten them for cheaper online.
