Great service. Needed a new battery, they tested and helped jump start my car to get home with the new part so I could install. Great place that helps

Great Store, I buy car parts all the time from autozone an i've never had any problems, Tell today at a different autozone in town, There was apparently an issue with returning an incorrect item I bought by mistake, an it wasn't even open. Even thow there Policy say only as long as u bring the original box. I mean I wasn't trying to bug but I just had to get a second opinion, it all just felt like somthing was being told to me straight. Like it was still closed, An it had only been a day. I mean I'd of tooken it back that same day but I had a graveyard shift last night so i went this morning. But I'm glad I called to clarify things, cause yah I know I messed up an bought the wrong device but I'm just glad my mistake didn't also screw me as while. An once again Thank You for actually taking me serious an taking the time to resolve my situation that I got my self in.??

Unprofessional manager Jesus, reciept in hand and they wouldn’t give me cash for the part I bought the day before, the store also said it had a part in stock that wasn’t in stock, that or the employees just couldn’t be bothered to find it, will be sticking to Napa from now on
