Needed 2 Michelin PS4s, and American Tire Depot came in $300 cheaper than Les Schwab! Incredible. Knowledgeable staff and clean waiting room. Only knock would be them leaving the key on during install(draining my battery) and lots of dirty hand prints all over the car. (Not a huge deal but quite unnecessary for a tire change). Will be back regardless.

Took my van in on a Sunday as I had a flat tire. Unfortunately, I could not wait until Monday to have it repaired or replaced. Staff at the counter, advised there would be a wait but they could certainly look at it. There were a couple of other customers ahead of me.
After about a hour plus some. They took my van in for inspection. I had a nail in the tire and they could repair it from the inside and it would take about 20 minutes. Twenty minutes later, he handed me my keys and said I was good to go. I asked how much did I owe and he said nothing. He said, “if they can repair the tire it is FREE”. Holy moly who does that on a Sunday. He was very friendly and professional to everyone who came in. This is my new tire place in town.

Mike at American Tire was such a help for this single mom. I went in with so many questions and he was able to easily answer them all. He made me comfortable and I never felt like he was just trying to make a sale. He worked with my budget and made a customer for life!
