Went in to try on shorts. Waited in the line for over 10 minutes for the waiting room. No one came to help me and when someone finally did, they said I was watching the girls change? Like yall just didnt see me with three pairs of shorts in my hand waiting to go in the fitting room?? Never coming back again. Been going there for years now and thats the first time I've been told that.

We went to shop for clothes, they closed one of the dressing rooms. It was closed for people who are handicapped. They put spare boxes in it. Guess you don't want handicapped people shopping in your store.

Profiled some of my friends for thinking that they were gonna steal? I didn't know having someone hold earrings while you tried on clothes is stealing. Stupid store with young workers who don't know what they're doing.

They have nice clothes and are always have great sales but the service was not it today. The line was too long just to get in and it's not bc there were too many people but bc they only had one girl at the register. The other 5 we're just unfolding clothes and folding g it back and being completely useless

Had a iPhone stolen outta the dressing room had the employees been watching the dressing rooms like they are supposed to and unlocking the doors I seen a little girl go under the dressing room door to try on clothes I suspect it was that young girl who stole my phone

I'm not surprised this store closed once already and I can't wait for it to close again so something better can come to the mall. I feel really bad for the employees I seen working earlier this week. The manager crystal was really rude to them and all she was doing was just standing around at the counters doing nothing. How can a manager be so rude to there own employees. I definitely will never step foot in this store again.
