Robert towed my Jeep today (via AAA roadside service) and definitely went Above and Beyond! He noticed the issue I was having w my Jeep and helped me find a way to resolve it better than I could have on my own! I appreciate all the time he took and resources he used to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend this company based on Roberts service alone. Also, his team was very attentive and quick to help him, help me. All around a very pleasant experience in an unpleasant situation. Thank you so much to Robert and his team.

First off I would have never choose them but this was a AAA tow. Set up about 10 ish am. Or so. First expected arrival was at 11:30. After requesting almost 6 updates. Finally cancels the tow at 4pm. They would not respond to my texts. I don’t know if it’s automated or what. But the shop I was trying to tow it to was not taking cars anymore that late. I was told we could try again the next day. I called this shop to verify the name as to not leave this on the wrong shop and all he said was you the guy for the tow. I told him I canceled it and my reasoning for calling and he just said ok and hung up. Or stopped talking. Either way they were done with me. After reading other reviews. I’m not alone. Thank god my kid or wife wasn’t on the side of the freeway. This shop is a joke.

Hands down best automotive repair facility in the Central Valley. The professional staff took care of my truck like it was their own. Great customer service and communication was top notch from start to finish. I would definitely recommend their services and would use them again if the situation were to ever arise.

Above and beyond really sticks up to their name. I consulted many people and my good friend who once worked at a dealership told me this place was the best in town. I was skeptical at first but Brandi had no issue answering any of my questions or concerns that I had throughout the entire process. The day my parts were ordered I didn’t have to put any type of down payment! I almost thought it was to good to be true haha. Since the impact from the other car was very minor they got my car back to me the SAME DAY! I was in disbelief!! If taken somewhere else they would have had my car for weeks maybe possibly months! They even washed my car and polished my tires which I sincerely appreciate. Thank you to Brandi and the whole above and beyond team you guys did amazing! I will 100% be referring this place to friends and family. Glad I went with my gut and chose Above and Beyond to do my repairsSincerely Lexie!

Was hired by Allstate to transport car to deferent body shop and they send it to there’s and said we agreed to have it fixed there which we didn’t.. now they want to charge storage fees and don’t want to return the car they keep hanging up.. don’t recommend

You guys are trippin . Who literally tells the customer you are getting impatient with them . Called to verify some info and guy wanted to get a huge snappy attitude. Don’t advise spending money here at all. Plenty of other shops local with WAY better customer service . Trash ???
