One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had! He made us feel so comfortable and welcome and was extremely patient and helpful. This is probably the most important piece of jewelry I will ever buy in my life and not only did he find the perfect, most stunning pieces, but made the whole experience feel very luxury and personal. I also had my engagement ring serviced and he allowed us to see the the diamonds under the scope and confirm all the gemscribe numbers. This gives the customer so much piece of mind being able to verify to the gemscribe #s before and after service so you know nothing happened to your diamonds. Would highly recommend and I will most definitely be coming back!”

The gentleman was polite and very quick. The bonus was the price; less than $10. I own a lot of watches. Several of them are battery powered. I usually pay $15-$20 per battery change. Watchland is a great find. It's on Tustin Avenue with ample parking.”
