It seem the customer service has really deteriorated in the last year. Perhaps its due to the stress of Covid.

They won't enforce masks. Spoke with cashier since the lady ahead of me walked around the store with a mask in her wrist. The cashier informed me that she doesn't ask people to wear masks, that's it, no further statement or reference to talk to manager. I approached the manager on duty who was managing the self service registers. She informed me that she would "love to enforce the mask policy", however higher up management from corporate managers have clearly told them not to enforce masks since they don't want to lose any sales....seriously does it matter that they will lose the business from customers that do wear masks and don't want to shop at super spreader stores.

So today I did my daily shopping and noticed that several customers were walking around without a mask. I asked an associate if mask regulations had changed and the manager was nearby and eventually answered my question. I was told that Ralph's would not enforce any mask regulation or policy. I was further told that all they would do is offer a mask to the customer and if they chose not to wear a mask in the store they would not intervene in anyway. After the manager explained this, the associate I had originally spoke to seemed both upset and disappointed. The associate expressed the same level concern I had that other customers would see this and would all begin not wearing masks and eventually turn Ralph's into a super spreader. I will no longer be shopping here and out of precaution for my and my family's safety.

Deli, Not sure why Management has not fixed this issue over the years. I cannot remember the last time I have ever been able to reach the Deli in two or three tries spaced apart. Whether I am trying to pre-order a large quantity of fried chicken for 4th of July for 80 people or just a few deli trays for different events. It doesn't matter if it is Tuesday at 9 am or Saturday at 2pm. I just give up and go to Vons deli or Wier Canyon Ralphs and get them on the first try. Tried again today after giving up over the years called 4 times over 3 hour period and spoke to non-deli folks who transferred me, walked over to the Deli etc, never got to a deli person. Same old same old. I would think a simple fix would be when a human answers the phone for the Deli that hasn't answered, take the customer's number and what they are asking / ordering and pass it to deli for a call back to confirm price, availability, etc. Ironically today I tried Villa Park only because Wier Canyon called me back about my pre-order that they couldn't full fill due to product shortage.

This is an excellent store to shop at! The produce and meat are always super fresh. It is a smaller store, so easier to navigate. This is definitely a small community type store, so everyone is very friendly. The staff here does a great job at making sure the store is well stocked and clean. Ralphs is way better than Stater Bros in every way possible. Shop here, you won't be disappointed

Went to order a cake for my daughter, this hispanic lady took my order while she did she kept on putting down her mask and spit on my arm. Worst customer service in the bakery dept. Be careful shopping there. This happened on August 8, 2020 around 2:00pm.

The younger girl working in Bakery, I believe her name was Samantha super sweet and kind. Honestly the best experience I've had with an employee to date. She took extra time to ensure my cake said what I needed it to say. The world needs more friendly people like her :)

Great store, not too large or small, has so many good things about it, especially the produce and the ability of the store to keep on top of trends. Got some Impossible Meat, that new plant-based fake meat, to give to someone who had never heard of it. Fun to be able to pop in and grab what's new.Like other visitors, we also found it a bit chilly inside, but welcoming the cool on a hot summer day for sure!

Beware of NO RETURNS due to COVID. Choose wisely.But the mgr on duty was kind and let me swap out. I purchased some cotton candy grapes a couple of hours b4 the return. More than half the grapes were old, tasteless, ready to be thrown out.I was able to swap for a fresh bag of grapes.THANKFUL!________Scored some amazing large containers (half gallon?) of Tillamook ice cream on sale $2.99 each for Oregon Strawberry and Huckleberry or something.- Tasty on a cone
