Be irritated when your machines malfunction there constantly and keep telling you to scan an item that’s already been scanned and having to constantly wait for someone to come over. Then to have to deal with attitude from the older lady at self checkout NO. Absolutely ridiculous

Asked for help from two different people: Cameron and Cindy. Both said they were busy and did not offer to grab another associate. Once I got to check out with my service dog Cindy proceeded to talk to my service dog saying “hi puppy”. I said “please don’t talk to him he’s working”. Cindy then told me to not speak to her that way. It’s against the law to distract a service dog from its duties. This store is full of rude people.

I would just like to say how absolutely amazing Claudia is! I went in at 6:15 am to get balloons for my daughter’s birthday. A manager called up one employee to do it and he said “what are you calling me for?” And walked away I was in shock Claudia could see my shock and stepped in to help me and went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and apologized for the rude employee. She truly is an asset to the company! Thank you!

Wow... I shop here every day but was treated with complete disrespect today by the young girl in the deli... It's not a big issue it's $.80 but she tried to charge me five dollars for something that was supposed to be 4.20 and when I told her that the pricing was off, she said there was nothing she could do about it because they didn't have the right codes and I tried to explain to her that I should not have to pay five dollars for something that should be $4.20 and she said That there was nothing she could do about it and that's just what it is she could not seem to understand that people pay for a product they should not have to overpay... So I left the product behind... I don't like to complain about $.80 but this is also about respect. When I suggested she have her manager fix the system and the problem she said there wasn't one and there was nothing she could do about it... Great job on the customer service inappropriate.

i was really in a pinch today as nobody ordered a cake for a birthday party, so i got stuck with the task. 8 am this morning calling every single store around for a custom cake made by 4pm, and nobody can do it. except this ralph's. they told me next time they need a 24 hour notice but they could do this for me today and i am so thankful. i don't know the names of anyone in their bakery department, but they saved me and they are amazing. to the store director, i suggest you reward these awesome ladies.

Under any circumstances do not shop at this Ralph's fresh fare. The cashier's there will not accept your Ralph's Card for the discounts you shopped for. After a huge argument with the cashier about my card she bullied me and said my card was accepted. I looked at the receipt and the $45.00 I spent should have been $34.00. The manager looked at my receipt and gave me $11 dollars back in cash. This could have all been avoided if the cashier would have let me put my card in but she would not let me. Beware of Ralph's Villa Park!

An older woman employee wouldn’t allow my 25-year old husband with an ID to buy NyQuil and DayQuil. She said he needed to be at least 30 years old. Going to Target instead.
