Very unprofessional bank I have ever been to. Did not greet us. I told her we wanted to ask some questions about opening a new checking and savings account. She said, well what questions do you have. I said, we would like to sit down and talk to a customer service rep. Well what questions do you have. I dont want to talk out in the open. We walked out.

Lori, the private client banker, is an absolute gem. I run a business and had an issue that required multiple calls and going back and forth with multiple holds, and Lori helped me through the process helping me navigate the system and even making and juggling simultaneous calls for me to get my problem resolved. I'm not one to usually leave reviews for banks but she absolutely deserves the praise.

I like coming to Chase, Katelyn branch is welcoming , friendly & is always kind & patient I like the bankers there a lot they never ever have given me anything but kindness the training must include the " give warmth", because I've been coming to this branch 7/8 years & they have always been exceptional the manager is awesome too,, it's like a savings & loan( they know your name it's personal/:professional)

Unethical, unprofessional, and worst bank out there only out for your money. Years ago my dad had a savings account of about 3,500 and he had me as a beneficiary. I found out I was a victim of identity theft a few months prior to this situation. So Chase decides to closed the account without my dad's consent, and they sent the money to the person that was stealing my identity in Texas when we live in California! Mind you I was only a beneficiary on the account, which means the money should only go to me if something were to happen to my dad. WHO DOES THAT? WHAT KIND OF MORONIC BANK MAKES THAT MISTAKE? One start Yelp review. Will never do business with J.P. Morgan chase. Crappy bank. Stay away! Now that I think about it, we should've lawyered up and sued them for negligence and malpractice.

I’ve had only good experiences with the tellers at this branch, I work in the parking lot and I come in to this bank everyday after work to deposit my tips, whenever there is no line I often go to the tellers to make my deposits because of the wonderful customer service they provide.

Excellent customer service. Amazing name recognition!! So helpful. No problems or complaints on this Villa Park location. Clean environment, ultra safe neighborhood. The ATMs work like they are supposed to. Definitely will return and highly recommended.

Came to the branch to see a personal banker. Their name ended up being Rylee Yakle. She stated that she knew how to help me with my request. But didn't want to walk back and forth. LITERALLY, she said that. She then sent me to the lobby to wait for another personal banker. She proclaimed that they were just as qualified, stating her reason that she just "didn't want to walk back and forth". After she sent me to the lobby, she had no one else to help or "Not help", so she disappeared to the back offices. Horrible customer service! I will never come back to this branch ever again. So weird since most chase branches are so customer service orientaded.

4 stars for Christine & Laurie!! This branch really sets the tone for great customer service! Citibank should really take some notes off of Chase!! I tend to come to this location more since it's right next to Dunkin' Donuts. The customer service is great! They greet you right away once you walk in and don't profile you. We have been to many banks and felt quite unwelcomed and so judged. Not here! They make you feel welcomed and help you with whatever you need. They also have the fancy ATMs inside that can dispense change in different amounts. Christine and Laurie are the shining stars they are so sweet and don't mind me bringing KL inside! Laurie actually loves dogs and makes over KL alot! I have no complaints with this location and overall having Chase as a bank for many years we are satisfied. I'm a fan ^__^

I love this branch...it's never crowded and I'm usually in and out in less than 5 min. Best part is the Dunkin' Donuts next door and less than crowded parking lot. Great staff too...
