Have worked with Bill and Pam of Wiest Realty. As a team, they are terrific and individually too. We sold 2 of our rentals recently and Bill went beyond the standard level of service. He oversaw a crew doing some upgrades and made sure all work was done on both properties. He also went out regularly to check on the properties since they were vacant. He resolved some challenges that came up during escrow.I have been an investor for many years and an agent many years ago.I would recommend Bill without reservation. Would definitely work with him again. Thanks

Summer helped us buy our first home and she is amazing!! If you're in the market for a realtor, she's definitely the one you want. She's available, even when you can't get ahold of your lender, you can get answers from Summer. She won't just tell you what you want to hear to make a buck, or put you on a back burner because something else is more important. She will tell it like it is, whether you want to hear it or not, which is awesome in today's world. Summer was flexible with our janky schedule and always treated us like we were her most valued clients, even after we closed. You can use a different realtor, if you really feel you must, but I guarantee you won't be as happy as you would have been if you'd just called Summer to begin with. She knows what she's doing and she's going to go above and beyond, every time. Thank you, Summer!! You've been awesome!!

Summer Galindo: This review is may overdue, it's because there is an overwhelming amount of great qualities about Summer that I just kept putting on the side to write the perfect review that she deserves. But now that I think about it, Summer is not the perfect Agent, and there are no perfect agents out there as there are no perfect lenders and clients. However Summer certainly strives for perfection and near well perfect. Juggling her life as a full time mommy, wife, and Realtor Its amazing how Summer knows her clients by heart, I think it's combination of her years of experience and her passion to help families find the perfect home, since she is a family woman after all. She is 99.9% picking up her phone, unless she's in parent teacher/principle conferences. She always knows what's going on with all of her clients and will go above and beyond to meet her clients needs. Driving long distance to show homes and show homes at the most convenient times for her clients (not hers). She's truly an asset for all lenders and clients to work with. If you're not working with Summer you're not experiencing the true joy of the home buying process.
