“A couple of days ago I made a mistake in which I had reported that I brought my car to this store and the work was never done!
Well that's not what happened. I thought they hadn't done wheel weights on my vehicle but I fact they served all 4 of my tires and had placed weights on my vehicle as needed. I came to the store early today to apologize to the worker's who performed their work flawlessly. When someone wrongs you, you should do whatever you need to do to make it right. But when it's you who is actually wrong then you need to make it right. I give my apologies to the worker's at this store and I'd like to say thank you Mike for your patience..”
