Diana at the pharmacy was the rudest, most unprofessional, condescending, and unhelpful person I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. She treated me like a child yet could not answer a single question of mine. I highly recommend firing her and finding someone more patient, understanding, and competent.

It is 3 o'clock on August 20th.. I went in to get a scoop of ice cream while I was getting some other things. There was a younger Hispanic lady as a cashier I was standing in line to get ice cream at the counter, and she tells me that the ice cream counter is closed today. I don't understand why it would be closed. There was no sign stating that it was closed... there was ice cream inside there, the computer was on because where you pay the little tablet that you put your card in was on.. I think she was just not wanting to scoop out the ice cream because she had a couple customers in line which I told her I would gladly wait until everyone else was taken care of but she didn't want to help me! I think it is very inconvenient that you don't have enough workers to run the cash register and ice cream if someone wants it.. I just had mouth surgery and needed something soft and now I'm having to drive around and find somewhere else because she didn't want to do her fucking job. Next time have a sign on the counter saying that it's closed if that's the case I am very angry about the situation.. she literally had two customers in line and she couldn't take care of them and then help me out. I definitely won't be returning to this Rite Aid and I'm gonna let my family know as well not to come here because the employee that was working today is lazy and needs better training. She was extremely rude when she told me that the counter was closed she didn't even say it in a nice sympathetic way train your employees better or hire people that aren't lazy asses.

Rude rude rude service. There is always 1 employee for the whole store and they don't open the bathroom for small children. Avoid this place like the plague!!! We

This is my second time trying to get my booster and flu shot . There's absolutely no customers in the drive thru nor in side the store . There's a bunch of people working in the back and front of the pharmacy. It's been a whole hour . Ridiculous !!

was here on easter sunday, there was an older lady on the register being extremely rude to customers. she walked away from the front counter and left a customer waiting for no reason, then yelled at the young man when she came back saying "it's a simple question", when the customer didn't respond fast enough. I was just shocked at the way she was treating customers, and I won't be returning to this location.

All my clients from Prescriptions Pharmacy & Curts Pharmacy i transferred them @ This Rite Aid Store but eventually "mostly"of the working staff @ the Pharmcy are rude and racist ... how they talk how they approach Clients... pls Re Oriented them know they are being paid by "Clients Insurances" not from Rite aid pockets. Now im trying transfer all my clients to other Rite Aid Store. I am sorry but this is not only once happened but more than 5X ... and why not be kind to tell to us Costumer's "Sorry no Restrooms" not "Can you read the signs" if Rite Aid dont Like to Share Restooms better cover the Restrooms areas so we cannot see thiers a restroom??? by Licensing we want to ask them too if Clients/costumers not allowed maybe yes during Pandemic but for 3 years restrooms just for Licensing purposes? Thanks

Went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacy tech was so rude! She was standing by the window obviously handling something else and I pressed the button because I didn't want to assume she was just going to assist me and she said "you didn't have to press the button obviously I was standing here already" AND OBVIOUSLY YOU WERE BUSY WITH SOMETHING ELSE SO HOW WAS I SUPPOSED TO KNOW YOU WERE THE ONE HANDLING THE DRIVE THREW!

Don't take a covid test here!! The pharmacist Stephanie was snarky and rude. Didnt give clear instructions on how to take the test and had an attitude when I was taking my test. She wasn't very helpful at all. Ive been waiting for my test results for about a week now and when I called to check she said I had to redo it again. Never coming back

Think twice about getting a COVID text here at the drive thru me and my gf took the test at the same time and 5 days after they came with results to my gf saying they have to come in and retest it and I'm still waiting for my results after 8 days when they said it only takes 3 days to get results we went to county of San Bernardino to take a test and they gave us results in only 2 days! I recommend County of San Bernardino

Worst pharmacy ever. Old lady was rude as all hell. My pediatrician sent over my sons antibiotics yesterday, I called three hours ago to make sure they're ready, I wait in the drive thru (with my sick child) for 20 minutes while they service two cars. Then I get to the front and she tells me the medication isn't ready, it'll be 15 minutes and to move if someone pulls up behind me. What was the point of saying it was ready over the phone? Why didn't the two cars ahead of me have to pull around when I pulled up? D****

Had my prescription called in about 1pm. Went there in after work at 5:30pm. Said there was a problem with it and I was a 30 minute wait. Pharmacy tech was really snarky and rude. She laughed when I asked how to transfer it to a different pharmacy and said it would take longer to do that. I transferred it. Can't reward really bad behavior like that.

I really felt bad for the employee working tonight. He and the ice cream person, only employees working. Where was the manager? Probably 15 people in line; he worked 2 registers. Nice thing is none of the customers had attitude about it. I think I'll stick with CVS across the street. I never had that problem there.

Website is out of date! They do not have a photo area at all. When I went in to get some photos printed the employees said they haven't had one in almost a year! Really Rite Aid it's been almost a year and you still have it listed on your website that this location has a photo area, pretty sad! The little photo machine that they did have was broken. Staff was rude and didn't seem to want to be bothered. Won't go back for anything in the future
