They do not respect appointments or schedules, I have been there for quite some time and they have not reached out to me and the manager does not keep track of appointments.

HIRE SOME TELLERS for gods sake. There's a line out the door at noon on a Wednesday. Pathetic customer service.

Waiting outside in a line for 20 minutes just to enter the bank. Then another 20 inside the bank. Why?? This is not a safe neighborhood to be standing out there with money. Maybe speed up your customer service. Spent Almost an hour just waiting to be helped.
