This store is really busy! Normally I do not give negative reviews unless substantive. The store employees appeared rushed and pressed for time. Once in a great while, you may notice an employee willing to assist beyond expectations. I have been to this location multiple times, however now looking for an alternative location due to the aforementioned. On a better note, parking is plentiful, and the store in itself is noticeably clean and well stocked. I found it easy to maneuver between isles, as the stocked contents of each isle are clearly marked at both ends. What really bothered me were the elderly folks waiting in line to make use of electric shopping carts. Additionally, those carts were clearly dated and uncomfortable according to a few Seniors I came across within a short period of time. I strongly suggest that the management and staff of this particular Walmart location get their customer service act together, for crying out loud, please update your electronic shopping carts for ease of use by our Seniors and disabled Veterans. Horrible customer service! Was lied to, was told there was no change and there was and when I called to speak with a manager, I was told they didn't have one and a girl named Penny was super rude, said she was a lead.

Well, the bad thing is if you live in an area that is rural like I do, then at some point you HAVE to shop at Walmart because they have items that other spots just don't. The store is clean and for the most part well organized. Staff overall is friendly- but the wait to get random items that are locked up is infuriating. This trip, almost an hour wait for the energy shot aisle. I have stopped 6 employees and heard the announcement for service in this aisle. It was over an hour before someone helped. They are grossly understaffed or ridiculously poorly managed to have this be an issue not just this time, but almost every time I have to get an item from the locked up items. I understand theft is why they lock certain items up. However, for those of us that pay for premium service and conduct our business honestly, we shouldn't be punished. Please do better, Adelanto Walmart.

You have to wait a long time when paying, many payment points are out of service and the products that are in the security display take a long time to open

It's a decent Walmart--can't really mess one up-- but me and my mom spent almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to help in the vacuum aisle. Ended up having to go find someone in the end.
