If you need something thats locked up, good luck. Kept pressing the button for the sporting goods lock up for 10 min and nothing. Kept hearing an employee's radio going off saying "customer needs assistance at sporting goods" way over by the make up department. It was 2 employees standing around talking. I asked if they knew who was working sporting goods and one of them said they were. I asked if they could open the luck up and they did it with an annoyed attitude the whole time.. Its wild that these are the type of people that get hired and a lot of them have this type of attitude.

This place is horrible, wait for more than 40 minutes for someone to open the spray paint cage, press the service bottom, told a few people I even called the operator twice, no body showed up, went home emptied hands

Called in here to check stock on a tyre and get an oil and filter change last Friday midday, stock was OK but more than a 3 hour wait. Suggested Saturday morning 7am when they open. So I was there 6.50 am, second car in line. 2 hours later, tyre fitted, one guy to remove and fit, another to remove and mount tyre on rim, then another to balance. 9.10 am vehicle finally goes to lube bay, service guy comes and asks me how to open hood! 20 minutes later I'm informed "cant do lube, don't know torque specs for drain plug". So finally left after 2 &1/2 hours with half a job done. I have been in the auto trade more than 50 years and owned and operated shops successfully bigger than this. If I operated this way I would have gone broke long ago. Total incompetence.

This store is horrible to the employees. They put people out sweating in the garden area with no air conditioning and I almost felt like passing out I would never ever go to the store again.

I like Walmart only for the order ahead and pickup. Otherwise I don't shop there very often. If you pick delivery or pickup I feel it may be a better experience since so many people complain about items being locked up and whatever else they complain about.
