They have trouble keeping their shelves fully stocked. Most associates ignore most of the customers, although there are a few that go out of their way to ask customers of they need help with anything. Today (8/2/21) I asked the loss prevention employee in front of store if masks are required or recommended. I told him I was walking the store and saw maybe 40% of the customers were maskless. Is it required or recommended. He just said it's high was high recommended. I just I'm confused because many customers were maskless. He thought I was trying to start an argument. Wearing a mask doesn't bother me one bit. Maybe asset protection wasn't doing their job 100%... maskless customers were slipping by while they're to busy chatting it up with coworkers and customers. Again I wasn't trying to argue. I just thought masks were mandated and quested if it was true even though I saw many maskless people shopping, pushing their carts around. I'm fully vaccinated and wear a mask everywhere I go if it's going to help defeat this bully of virus. American society needs to unite as a team and win this battle

Worst pharmacy ever. They do not check prescriptions call ins. This is an ongoing problem, they always claim the doctors didn’t call it in, when they don’t check their voicemails for 6 hours. Ridiculous. Never again

Waited for a prescription to be filled for over a week. Everytime I woukd call or go down I was told it wasnt ordered or it was there and be ready in 2 days. Called this, morning to find out ir was never ordered amd it would take a week. People in phaymacy are rude and don't care to even try. Will never go back! Its a shame since I live 30 min away from any pharmacy and they cant be bothered to even try.

I've been waiting at this Walmart Pharmacy for 25min waiting for 1 in incompetent manager with a key! For a 40 dollar product. The Head of the pharmacy Michael Jeon is a very rude and distant person Who obviously hates his job! Maybe he should go be a pharmacist at a big hospital.. Apparently he's not paid enough to have to knowledge a customer for a key to a cabinet that's 20 feet away from him. I will never be back to this S*** HOLE store again. I guess we shouldn't expect customer service at a Walmart...!

Disappointed with their service. Received call after call that my prescription was ready for pick up. When I arrived they couldn't find my prescription and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes after it was found.
