It's a decent Walmart--can't really mess one up-- but me and my mom spent almost 30 minutes waiting for someone to help in the vacuum aisle. Ended up having to go find someone in the end.

Purchased a grocery pick up, followed the steps to get a message No order for pick up. Called Walmart option for I was told to call 1800WALMART. Robot answered and asked for my last 4 numbers of order number. Robot answered back and said my order was ready to go, go on the app. Still would not refresh (it would be easier to send a new text to me). So I get to the store and call the number, to say I'm here and no one is answering the, had to wait like 30min when the call finally gets called. Employees have great customer service, but I think most likely not organized, maybe on cell phone or not enough employees.

worst walmart in all of victorville dont even bother coming here if you need to get something out if the locked cabinets, aisles. takes more then an hour just to get someone to help this is ridiculous!! Every employee will tell you they'll get someone and you'll hear that 10 more times and even voicing it on the intercoms. This Walmart needs to do better and better serve their community.

This Walmart steals from their customers plain and simple. Every time I do a pick up order, nothing goes well either I get damaged items, missing items or items that are not in stock when they say they are. I ordered a couple items and none of them ever got shipped to me and I was never reimbursed. Taking my business to Target from now on.

Not happy at all this is the second time this Walmart has failed with my grocery delivery .do they think Customer have nothing else better to do then sit around . then not receive there order. This store needs to be revamped drivers blame employees employees blame drivers . its bs . then when I called them they didn't answer I had to pick a difference department then of course she sorry say call back tomorrow . they didn't have a driver . hello isn't that something the Customer should be told hen?

Another lesson learned. Needed a few cans of spray paint. Asked 3 different employees, no one had the keys to unlock the paint. Next stop Home Depot...

I would give them zero stars. Grocery's were never delivered and the young family I was sending to was in need of the food immediately. App said it was delivered then said the driver cancelled. Store did not answer any of our calls for hours and when "customer service" who by the way is out of USA, tried calling store, no one answered their calls as well. I dealt with them for 2 hrs and was told to call back after the first hour. Second call they said there had not been any change in order status for past 2 hours. No one will give us any status and on line message now says delivery tomorrow. Delivery was to be between 4-7 hours ago. Next order will be with Instacart and not Walmart.

This Walmart is terrible when it comes to online orders. Always screwing up. Picking up and delivering. Missing multiple items either Walmart is messing up or the drivers delivering are taking items and just marking as delivered. How are you going to take a picture of delivery and mark that everything is delivered. When 8 bulky items are missing clearest day in your photo.

Went to Walmart took me 20 to 25 minutes to get someone to come to the liquor department to open it up to get the liquor that I wanted to purchase finally got Jennifer in the produce department she opened it up took it to the front desk it said $9.48 by the time I got to the front Dess that same liquor went from $9.48 to $21.98 at no given time. Did I touch this liquor no one can touch the liquor because it's in a lock case, how can the price say $9.48 and when I go up to pay for it it's $21 almost $23 out the door behind Taxs and Walmart is trying to tell me this is my fault, they try to assume no responsibility for the prices that they put on whatever item that there is and I never once touched it it's in a locked case people OK OK

My husband went to buy valentines items. He couldn't find anything. He asked where all the valentine items were. He was told that they were taken off the shelf at 4:00 am to put Easter items out. That is rediculous! An elderly man was in tears because his wife was in the hospital and he couldn't find anything to give her. Walmart really needs to get it together about the holiday items. Instead of pushing for an almighty $$$. Leave the holiday stuff up until after the holiday has passed.
