This pharmacy has the worst customer service.. I was there March 12 around 5:40 pm.. I'm not sure why they insisted of making my doctor change a prescription. When they didn't even give me what they where asking for they gave me what they wanted to give me not what my doctor asked for. I don't recommend this pharmacy for anyone with high blood pressure. Specifically this people working this day. For sure last time I bring them my business.

This place don't deserve a single star, customer service us terrible, no wonder why the place is always empty... ironically it is impossible to not spend more than 30 minutes because of the incompetent cashier. Rude, disrespectful...I prefer to drive to another place

don't know why we ever get prescriptions here. last time they couldn't find my sons prescription because guy behind counter couldn't spell my sons name even after I spelled it for him twice his name is Stephen, should have been simple enough. I called for a refill on Friday said it would be ready on Saturday it's Sunday at 2:52 and they still dont have it ready gotta go waste gas again because they are incompeten. if they were buying gas they would have their act together. I am going to have prescriptions transferred to a competent drug store.

The wait time for prescriptions is too long. Every time I go to fill a prescription it’s never ready to come back in 2 hours when the app says it’s ready I wish I can go to another pharmacy but per my insurance I have to use Walgreens.

Pharmacy department - To speak to someone over the phone is almost impossible, I will be on hold for 60+ minutes and they hang up. I’ll go in person and still not have good customer service.I will do a prescription request days ahead over the app or phone to make sure I don’t go days without my medication and yet I have no status, no answers, and rude staff that isn’t willing to attend the customers.

DON'T EVER TRY TO FILL A PRESCRIPTION HERE!!!! NOT EVEN IF YOU TRY TO FILL IT (auto refill late too, that's why I call) EARLY SO IT WILL BE ON TIME BEFORE YOU RUN OUT. THAT DOESN'T WORK EITHER. SO IF YOURE ON HEART MEDICATION LIKE ME AND HAVE RUN OUT, the answer from the pharmacy was the best I can do is text you when it's ready. We were closed and trying to fill over 800 other orders. Or I can take it to another Walgreens which is just as backlogged

Stuff slacks a lot in the photo Department… always get terrible service, whether it’s my photos not being printed right, or them texting me and telling me that my stuff is ready when it’s not. In the past month I spent about $900 in the photo department and every time I go to pick up there’s always something wrong. The manager Sandy and Anthony just walk around giving no fucks… Sandy has the absolute worst attitude I have ever experience from someone that they call a “manager” It’s like if you wanna work in customer service don’t walk around with an attitude all the time. Every time I ask the staff to talk to somebody higher up they always say that they’re not there which is ridiculous. And today was quite funny when the girl said well you have to understand that stuff happens. It’s hilarious when stuff happens literally every single time I’ve come in I’ve been shopping at this Walgreens ever since they opened and not one time have I ever had a good experience… unfortunate

Worst pharmacy there so back up and worst of all the is that they close early at 5pm and they close there sliding door before 5pm the lady closed the instore door at 4:51pm. The girl that takes care of you with the half pink and black hair is Extremely RUDE and doesn't explain to you that because there so busy your probably not gonna get your medicine at the promised time they gave you. This pharmacy needs to hire more people to be able to take care promptly all there orders.

I always have problems with my prescription. Today a wonderful young lady Janette was able to help me answer any questions I had and concerns. Because of Janett I gave 5 stars because of her ill stay with Walgreens.

My 74yr old Mother and myself, 51yrs old. Both of us are disabled. They came outside and voluntarily came to my car and gave both of us our vaccination shot. Fantastic customer service.

This place is horrible. I ordered photos online for pickup and I get a random text from a person saying they have my photos because Walgreens gave it to them and they event sent a picture with my photos and all of my information. They gave my personal information to a random person and that’s against HIPPA. I called and the manager said they would “contact me back” and never did. I will report this place as long as reporting the people who work here for giving out personal information and not fixing the issue.
