Manager Melissa is so rude. They are not listening to what I had said. But she kept arguing she didn’t speak to the insurance when I was trying to tell her it was with my PCP.

This is the most inefficient and managed of the Walgreens pharmacies. Always a long wait. Staff however is friendly and courteous.

Horrible locationThey’re are ALWAYS understaffed in the pharmacy. I signed up for text alerts for medication and never receive them. Since they didn’t have the full quantity of the med my doctor prescribed they placed it on “block” and wanted me to call another Walgreens to see if they have any in stock, when they should have called.Though it’s local I’d rather go to the Walgreens on hesperia and bear valley or bear valley and amethyst

Horrible custtomer service. Walk in to the store and see 2 workers . I go to the medicine dept and rung the bell for assistance. It goes off and stops, so I ring it again. After 10-12 minutes I walk towards the front of the store and this time I see 3 workers. One counting money, one watching and a lady just standing looking at the shelves.

Don't get your medicine here unless you want to wait 3 hrs after them saying it will be ready. Never coming here again.

pharm is the worst I've ever experienced they will make you wait in line for an hour just to tell you the pharmacist is at lunch and then threaten to call the police when you refuse to come back again wait in another hour line to get your medicine the pharmacy manager is racist and assumed because I was black the police would scare me. They definitely have no training or respect for anything or one or respect for peoples time never ever ever again.

I needed to get a passport renewal photo at this Walgreens, as well as, mail a FedEx Envelope with appropriate documentation. My 2"x2" photos took about an hour or so to print...printers must be the latest generation. I also found out that Walgreens does not have packing tape, staples, a stapler, or a staple remover. I also bought some scissors, because shit was getting weird. I had a prepaid label for the FedEx Envelope, but since I drove there with my car, I had to spend $52.30 on supplies I have x 10 already, at my home and business. The 2" by 2" photos were taken by one of the biggest professionals in the industry at $16.99 plus tax. Plasma speed printing at this location!

The service is bad and employees are beyond rude I do not understand if they do not like their job Why bother working here the pharmacy drive-through line is ridiculous, To be waiting for over two hours to get my prescription inside Also takes forever to get a prescription. The pharmacy itself should be shut down. I've literally been going back-and-forth to my house and back to the Walgreens to see if by any chance the line would get shorter and come to find out that the same cars are still parked parked on the same spot.
