Bad bad i take my charger 2008 because has a engine light on, and told Jason Mitchel that i change my 6 coils and spark plugs 2 times already in 3 months and i want to know more about what it can be the causing the misfire again and they want to charge me 242.15 for only telling me that i have problems with my coil something that i already know thats what i take my car to the dealer to know more about it. They do not do they job and they keep my car for a week to tell me the code that my car already shows. BAD SERVICE , BAD DIAGNOSTIC , BAD DEALER

They have the worst Customer service, they order parts that never show up. Then the put the blame on everyone else. If you need ur vehicle fix or need to buy a new vehicle you should choose another dealership.

Totally painless transaction. I was out in around 4 hours. I got the SUV I wanted and the customer service was great. No BS. Which was refreshing. And having dealt with the service department manager (Jeff) in the past, I know I'll have excellent service in the future.

Came in to do the emission recall on my truck. I had an appointment at 7am. I pull up to the service area and I am the only one in line. I am used to someone coming out to greet you and start the process. Not today. I waiting for several minutes before walking into service department where two workers are sitting behind thier desk. Not one bothered to look up to greet or acknowledge me. I decided to get the ball rolling with a " good morning". I felt like I was a bother. If I didn't need this recall to register my truck I would have just walked out. My other recalls that are needed will be done at another dealership. This place is close and convenient but not worth it for lack of customer service. It looks like my recall was done where I had parked, and after the service was done they couldn't even be bothered with pulling it around to the exit lane like they usually do. Instead I had to drive around looking for a way to the exit. I have had issue with this place in the past with missing easily visible needed repairs. My truck was a few miles away from being out of warranty and felt like they wanted for it to be out of warranty. I do want to add that while waiting for my recall to get done Nichole (didn't catch her last name) was going around the shop greeting everybody with a smile on her face and a happy to be here attitude. I stopped her and thanked her for her up beat and positive attitude. She gets a 5 start rating.

I had a very enjoyable experience the salesman was on point I walked away feeling very satisfied with the purchase of my new car in fact this is my second car that I purchased from Victorville motors and I would recommend a friend they fed me they made me feel very comfortable thanks for the great job guys
