Everytime I come to this car wash I have to point out things they did not properly clean.
I’m usually patient but it’s getting ridiculous.
Wait time over 1.5 hours for a half job
Spent $40
Car not vacuumed
Rims of door still dirty
Interior half wiped down
Dash board not wiped
Back of car still dirty
Complained to manager and he said it’s because of dust
Umm ? well that’s why I brought it to you
To clean the dirt and dust
Properly vacuum and wipe down interior
I have a brand new Tesla so it’s not even that dirty to begin with but to leave in the same condition I brought it in is ridiculous…
I will be going to other car wash on 7th street

I like this place usually does a great job but something been changing taking longer then usual just to get my truck back with dirty carpets and trash in it. I would like to point out this is the first time I've had a problem but when I pay about 50$ I expect at least what I'm being sold.

Someone stole my deployment knife in my truck. I didn’t know until I got home and I stay about and hour and a half away. So be weary with what you have in your vehicle.

LIARS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
Called and asked because it was getting close to closing to see if I could come down to get a wash and wax taken care of. Was told that as long as there before 5 we will take you by the lady who answered the phone. Was grateful because an emergency came up and needed my car detailed, was gonna tip heavily for the accommodation. Show up 4 minutes before they close and am turned away so go inside and the lady is there sort of heavier set, dark hair with tattoos. I ask about what she said and she said “Well I don’t control when they want to close”, funny she just said get here before 5 and am I am good. Then as I am walking away begins to laugh at me for asking why she then didn’t say that “We are open till 5 but if they decide to close I can’t do anything”.
So now will never come back and the car club I’m part of won’t be around, so lost a lot of potential business. Plus by closing early I saw myself and two other cars you guys missed out on. Must be nice to not need money. And miss laughing as I’m walking away you need to learn some manners, and really be careful in today’s day and age. That interaction could’ve gone sideways quick with the crazy people around the desert all because you laughing after telling someone something and then turning around and doing something else. Learn how to conduct business and be accountable for what you literally just said.
Be better y’all and everyone there would have more money in them pockets, and not trying to race out the door. You guys picked that job so be be the best you can be it’s a choice of will.

I was very pleased!?? I liked the senior discounts on Monday and Tuesday and the workers did an excellent job!??I always like to find places that clean the inside of the car and they do BOTH inside and outside at a reasonable price!??
