Jackie is very Professional and works extremely fast to make sure my needs were met in a timely manner. She did a Fantastic Job! She made sure I was aware of any discounts I could take advantage of like the phone trade in option which saved me at least 40% on my purchase. She is awesome. Thanks for making my phone upgrade experience Great Again!

Worst experience ever , worstThey charged me $3228.12 in just 1 month , and I went in store 5x and no one did nothing, no one helped me out to see why I got charged that much. They give us business internet saying it’s unlimited, and then they told me it was backup internet. They never give any full information.I made call to customer service 10x and still no help and finally when I got rude they decided to do something about it . Better watch out from this store they really know how to rip people off. SAL is the employee who should be accountable for paying all this amount , offering customer stuff and not giving full information

My niece went into this store and Liz A lied to her about monthly pricing for 1 line and accessories been free. When she realized they screwed her over with all these un authorize charges and monthly fees for services that where never brought up during interaction like Verizon home device protect. My niece returned to cancel everything and they refused to return screen protector back and waive re-stocking fee.Liz just added everything she could to ensure commission pay this is fraud without customers consent. I will take this to BBB this is unethical behavior and quiet embarrassing for Verizon to allow people like this to represent Verizon .

I was lied to and told accessories were bundled with the phone to later find out I am being charged for these accessories which I was told they were free with the phone this store is known for lying and scamming customers and I made sure to contact as high as possible to ensure this doesn't happen again I'm very disappointed with the lies i was told and to make It even better when they said they would take the accesories/phone back after I talked to higher managment I was told I need to pay the restocking fee even after this store lied to me. I asked to have my fee waved and I was told excuses this is very unethical and fraud this store has been doing this to many other people many other Verizon stores get customers from this store about the same reasons and nothing gets resolved.

If I could give 0 stars I would Scam waiting to happen. A $75/month phone line suddenly turned into $110/month. I was Charged for a Verizon device home protection, but why? Liz A. charged me for unnecessary charges I was unaware of. Then suddenly our promised "included" and "free of charges" Screen protector, lens protector, and an extra cable suddenly turned into a $317 charge. I came back to get a refund and tried to charge me a restocking fee for something that wasn't my fault. This is very unprofessional and a waste of time. 3 hours of standing just to receive a slap in the face. Never have I ever felt so humiliated with how much advantage this store took of me.

Do not buy from this store they are liars and thieves. They took the trade-in from two iPhones and never told me I could not make early payments to pay off my new phones and when did that I was under some 36-month contract I didn't even know about that voided my trade-in. It was not until I went to ask about an upgrade thinking I had paid off any balance on my phones that they told me I had a $2400 balance. Apparently, when I made payments to pay off my phone I lost the promotion. I asked when I traded my phone in the balance would be and if I would be able to make the payments on the balance of the phones there they said yes not a problem. So just stay away from this store unless you want to get ripped off.

Jackie is an awesome customer service rep! She is super friendly and very knowledgeable! She helped us every step of the way and made sure we had what we wanted and needed for our family. I highly recommend her and this location!The reason for the 1 star is because although Jackie was kind and “helpful”. Now that I received my bill I can say she gave a lot of false information. Please take what these people at Victra say with a grain of salt. Make sure you ask and receive all the information you need to have accurate information on your bill going forward. Verizon WILL NOT credit you any activation fees. Also we traded in 4 devices and Verizon only received 2 of them. Where are the other two devices that were given to this location. I am beyond angry about this whole situation!!
