Avoid This location period especially if you're African American. I truly believe the employees are racist. I came to buy AirPods and was told they had them in stock. I get there and all of a sudden they don't have them. I ask rep to look at surrounding stores and no stores have them. When I know for a fact someone does. Absolutely terrible

I had been having difficulties transferring my phone service from one phone to another. Without changing the provider, walked into the store and was greeted by JEFFREY. He was very eager to assist me even though he had only a few minute left before clocking out. It wasn't long before I was walking back out with my problem resolved. A lot of times we don't give credit to those that assist us or go far and beyond for others. Verizon did a great job hiring him. Ask for JEFFERY I can guarantee you You'll walk out ecstatic about your experience. Whether it's assistance or purchasing a new device.

The associates at the store assisted me in acquiring a brand new phone through their trade-in promotion. I have now switched from T-Mobile to Verizon, and I'm exceedingly pleased with my decision. My Samsung S24 Ultra is truly my favorite, and I also own an iPhone 14. Furthermore, I was able to procure my son a tablet for his educational use. This gesture has been greatly appreciated by him, as he uses it for learning purposes. Thank you, Verizon.

Just ordered a tablet off the website, The queue means nothing here if you walk up being customer or employee they will stop what they are doing to help you screw the current customer, they also seem to think its funny to have internal conversations in front of you in spanish. i love the 3rd degree on where I got this tablet like Im some kind of thief. Also I guess its fun for everyone to clap everytime an employee comes into the building also the horrible karaoke and my customer service rep loves her tiktok. Im sure the owner will message in acting like hes sorry but that manager did nothing about this, Go to the Main Street Store took Jeff 10 minutes!

Terrible experience. They quote you prices and when you get the bill it's not the same. Took 2 hours to resolve with customer service yesterday to remedy and correct the sales persons mistakes. Do not believe when they tell you prices and this and that is free. I can't tell if training is inadequate or the sales persons are driven to close sales are cost of the consumers- both are problematic for the consumer. I've been with Verizon for over twenty years and that experience was just TERRIBLE. Please get everything in writing and take pictures of their tablets so you can argue when you get your first bill. I share this as a public service announcement for everyone.

Staff is awesome. Fully capable. Disappointing for an account I've had almost 20 years, to pay for help switching from Android to iPhone, especially since I could have factory reset it and tried my iOS app again myself and had been following Verizons instructions...... But, they fixed me, they were great, and I know where to go in the future

don't buy a phone from these scammers. i bought a phone and went to get it and they told me they didnt have my order but i had all the email receipts and confirmation number as well as my card being charged $77.50! these people are a joke. the ladies that work in the main street hesperia branch are a bunch of bozoz who don't know what the hell they are actually doing. also to mention i am yet to be reimbursed my money and its been 5-7 days since this incident occurred. I have the hardest time trying to get ahold of a representative and when I call the branch that fked up my order all they have to tell me is "i'm sorry all we do is fullfill the orders" when the dumb lady didn't fullfill s*** lmfao. if i could negative stars i would, verizon is lucky to even get 1 from me lol
