I applied to buy a Toyota car 20 months ago, and because I had just arrived in the United States and had little information, they told me that you must have a cosigner, and considering that the person I introduced had good credit and the amount of $8,000 from the beginning. I paid, but unfortunately, they calculated the price of 28,000 dollars for me as 38,000 dollars, and they only changed the oil twice for free.

They stole my shoes and my daughters beats out my car and all my gift cards I had for my kids my glove compartment. My car was in maintenance for a month . I left my duffle in the back of my car since they were working in the bottom of my car .and I don’t ever take my duffle out . Don’t bring your car to maintenance in Victorville if you don’t want your stuff stolen we called them as soon as we found out our stuff was missing they said they would call us back and here we are months later no phone call ! No anything. Just a bitter taste in my mouth knowing Toyota allows their employees to steal out of their customers cars

Careful when leaving your car in maintenance. Sadly my car was left for over a month part was not available had to wait for part to arrive. My wife Nike legacy shoes where stolen my wife’s Nike spin shoes and my spin shoes. My daughter’s Mickey beats were also taken . We had a small photo book we filled of gift cards we buy to have for when our kids have games to have something fun to do . That was also taken . We sadly trusted our belongings with our Toyota since we don’t take our stuff out our car ever . Yeah we don’t trust Toyota maintenance anymore.
I left messages after messages
With no response back from Toyota
Regarding this issue. Just be aware your belongings are not safe

I had a great experience with Jose Flores and Cristian. Jose was very understanding and polite in order to reach a great deal on both sides. The truth is that I am totally grateful because thanks to him I was able to get the SUV I wanted. Cristian was very kind, attentive and worked hard. He did all the paperwork and delivered my Rav4. I received excellent attention and patience, explaining everything to me. I totally recommend this Dealer for the great attention from Jose and Cristian. Both are incredible people. If I had not received their help, I would have looked elsewhere.

On there website they advertise Express Service “No Appointment Required” Monday-Sunday for services such as Oil Changes, Tire Rotations and etc. Came into dealer to get an oil change and to enquire about buying a brand new vehicle. The Service advisor told me they do not offer express services without an appointment, so i told them on there website they list that no appointment is necessary for these express services. Advisor was rude with his reply so i decide just to leave. I will not be coming back here for any service nor to purchase the vehicle i was planning on buying.

Just bought a Bz4x the wife and I felt rushed but once we got to sit down with the finance manger Alex and sign paper work he went over everything in detail and was very helpful telling us everything we had.

Michael was a great help as we worked on ironing a deal out. He stayed committed and kept communication lines open. Very helpful and professional. Ended the night with a deal. Finance was very informative. Thank you Michael and Valley Hi Toyota. My third car bought at a Valley Hi dealership.

The service workers have to work on their customer service and communication. Most of them are rude or look like they hate their jobs. Only one person during my service was helpful and was approachable. Also signs should be put up to wait in your car for someone to come out to you I waited in my car for 15 mins waiting for someone and I assumed maybe I had to go in the minute I got out some guy told me to get back in my car like okay can you at least say that when I pulled up no need to be rude about it. I know customer service isn’t for everyone but it does make or break a place for me. Sadly I would not shop for another vehicle here.
