These guys tried to charge $700 for a simple diagnosis and couldnt even differentiate the difference between a 350z and 370z its ran by a team who doesnt know anything besides trying to make money and ripping people offNot to mention i had it towed from 2 days prior before him saying what the price would be for a diagnosis and the diagnosis charge wouldnt even be going to any repairsThis place is a complete scamWould leave a 0 star review but i cantTake your nissan to 8330 Indiana avenue in riverside for a better experience DONT GO HERE

very unhappy with this dealers customer service , took my daughter to buy a car and they did not let us take the car home after she clearly qualified, they said they need to be funded first even tho they had approval letters ffrom USAA , very bad tactics to get their way

I stopped by on 9/16/23 ready to purchase a recently marked-down car. Come to find out, this dealership decided to tackle on $1500 of GPS tracking subscription that I did not need or want. They said it was required to purchase the car. I negotiated the subscription down to $1000. Then the finance guy walked over and tried to offer me a $4000 extended warranty. I politely declined, to which he told me this was not optional. I told my salesman that I agreed to the "required" GPS tracking subscription but I refused to entertain a $4000 extended warranty, which would have been a 15% markup on the vehicle. Nevermind that the car had been sitting on their lot for 144 days at that point but I do not see how it is my issue to provide cushion for their inability to sell the vehicle at a high originally listed price. There was some back and forth with the manager and they agreed to remove the $4000 extended warranty "requirement". They then made me wait 2 hours for the finance guy even though there was only 1 person ahead of me. Conveniently, when it was my turn, the finance guy fell ill and did not allow for me to be in his office. He made me read and sign the contract with the documents that he sent to my phone. This is the second largest purchase of most people's life and he made me read the tiny contract print from my cell phone. I found that they had piggy-backed the GPS subscription charge into my sales price but in another section, had a separate charge for it so I was double charged. I tried to explain that to him and had to use my poor salesman as the middleman to bounce communication back and forth from the other room as I was not allowed in his office. In the middle of this, he decided to take on another customer in his office without resolving the billing error for me. After 2.5 hrs, I was seen by a female finance rep and I was in and out within 15mins. I was told I would get a full tank of gas but they added $5 to my tank which bumped it up to barely 1/4 tank. The key fob battery was extremely low so I was further inconvenienced to purchase a replacement immediately even though I had already paid more than the agreed upon price. In conclusion, any chance that this dealership can have to manipulate and exploit their customers as well as use deceptive tactics to add on unnecessary charges, they will.

Dropped off my car with an appointment at 8am to the service department. I've called three times for an update on my car - 1pm, 2pm and now at 430pm. At first the told me my rep was busy and that they call me back. They never did. The second time I called for an update, they were just now looking at my car and stated that once they knew what was wrong they would contact me. now currently they said they are still performing an inspection (2 1/2 hours later) and that I would not have my car until tomorrow afternoon. First of all, extremely unprofessional. I kept getting bounced around, put on hold and transferred. And then they couldn't even let me know that they would be keeping my car over night. Utterly ridiculous. Haven't even gotten to the repair part of things yet, which I'm sure will be another headache

I took my 2013 Infiniti to get repair and their mechanics they do not now anything they are part changer and after 2 days they change some part on my car and charge me around $700 and now they say need more time because I guess their mechanics are do not know what they doing and more charges and I took my car back and it has the same problem the did not fix any thingPlease do not take your car their

Great staff and costumer service .Alan , Mike and Tony was very helpful trying to find my next car ! They showed me a lot of various cars and my best option for what I was looking for. Answered all my questions .I really had a great experience with them and I highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a good deal !

This was a long day but a great day due to James. We went to Honda and did not go good we were going with a friend to go help buy a car and as soon as we came into Nissan James was great. We looked at the car we liked and she loved it. We got the price to where we wanted to be able to make the payment monthly every month. Which was less than any dealership told us. He even got us the all weather mats and the security system in the car to help safety and insurance because there is a tracking device in the car. He went above and beyond for us. He made sure my friend got approved and got the interest rate she needed and wanted. He is amazing! Ask for James Piar! He is awesome and make sure you get a great deal!!

Ok. Not sure if they save the old ones. But this is not to recommend the dealer. But I am adding 2 more stars for the Karr technican Paul. He came out to my house and rechecked old system, noticed some issues called and got me a new system, he installed the system, and it seems to be working the alarm install with a new sensor. Paul, great customer service, explained and tested the system with me. So, I'm giving him 5 stars.

This place is a joke, especially the sales manager. Tried to take advantage of us on our trade and then at the last minute tried to screw us even more. He's one of those guys that likes to take advantage of Veterans and Seniors and rob them! TERRIBLE guy to deal with, stay away from this store. Inconsiderate and disrespectful would describe him perfectly! You will need to go down the hill to get a better deal and find someone that will treat you with some respect.
