Not the greatest place to place storage items. If you don't pay on the exact date you get locked out even though you have 10 days to pay your rent. You have to ask to be buzzed through to get to your unit until you pay. I have another unit somewhere else and they don't this to customers. We also got stuck inside the gate and had to call to get buzzed out. This is dangerous in so many ways. We will be moving out asap to another storage facility. Beware.

Always had great customer service (great employees) , that’s the only reason I gave 4 stars.. left the one out because hours on google for USPS are NOT correct. USPS says on door closes at 5:30pm but google says 6. Arrived at 5:35 (10 minute drive out of my way) to find out closed. Employed said it’s like that on Saturday too.. Come on google admin for this account! Fix this please. I counted at-least 6 others come and go the same time.

Excellent customer service, kind and helpful. Highly recommended! A+ Post office is contracted and closes at 530pm, self storage side in same building closes at 6pm. Verified with clerk. Google is not separating both businesses. Hope this helps!

Both of my visits to Reliant Self Storage have been positive. It's right next to my daughter's previous school. I didn't realize they were connected with USPS until she told me one day. I like that they offer more extended hours than our local USPS. Also, the employees are always very friendly and welcoming. I've mailed several packages from this location since discovering they are a USPS location. I have yet to utilize their storage facilities, only their USPS.

By the time I got my wallet and package out, I walked into the building about 5:31pm and the employee refused to help me while having a personal conversation with another employee. Would of took 2 seconds away from her to take the package smh.

I wish I could give these guys zero stars. But unfortunately I can't. Their customer service is flat out horrible. The manager Alex poorly manages his staff especially when it comes to making sure customer payments are processed correctly. One time they said we haven't sent our payment but our bank records indicated that they cashed our check. We had to argue for two straight days and even presented our bank documents as proof. Despite that they rejected our assertions and insisted that we send a new check. They eventually discovered their mistake but not after us constantly asking to check. Alex and his staff are incompetent yet very condescending. Do not patronize this facility. Horrible customer service!!!

With them I found the most reliable best kept place around Victorville. The customer service was good and the property was clean. They made sure everything was understood so there couldn't be any complications.

I am with a different storage facility in town and come here often for their postal services. Every single employee is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I love each and every one of the employees at Reliable. I absolutely recommend.
